dc.description.abstract Bu çalışmanın amacı, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’nın öğretmenlik mesleği niteliğinin yükseltilmesi amacıyla Temel Eğitime Destek Projesi (TEDP) kapsamında pilot okullarda yürütülmekte olan Okul Temelli Mesleki Gelişim çalışmalarının, okullardaki çalışanların bireysel gelişimleri ve bu gelişimlerin okul içinde öğrenen örgüt kültürü oluşturması açısından önemini vurgulamaktır. en_US
