The problem of the investigation was analysed by the use of "Pearson Moment Correlation" and "Structural Equation Model". Results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the scores of students' e-learning attitude and the scores of students' cooperative learning attitude. Moreover, the findings gathered from Structural Equation Model demonstrate that coopeartive learning predicts positively the sub-dimensions of e-learning.
