dc.description.abstract The present research examines whether the relationship between proactive personality and life satisfaction is mediated by subjective vitality. This study surveyed 337 university students. The subjective vitality scale, satisfaction with life scale and revised proactivity scale were used to collect research data. The mediating effect of subjective vitality was tested with regression-based mediation analysis. The findings of the study demonstrate that the relationship between proactive personality and life satisfaction is mediated by subjective vitality in university students. Limitations of this research and the importance of the findings are discussed.
