Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to detect the problems of teachers who pursue Phd education. For this end, the views of postgraduate teachers with regard to associated school, their own lives and registered programs have been studied. Phenomenological pattern has been preferred. All the data have been collected through face to face question-response questionnaire technique. The scope of the research covers eleven teachers who pursue postgraduate education in the 20142015 education term. Content analysis has been applied in the evaluation of the data. Results and suggestions have been listed in the suggestion section in line with the postgraduate teachers.
