Joint Progressive Recovery of Optical Network and Datacenters After Large-Scale Disasters

Abstract

Effective post-disaster cloud-network recovery can significantly improve users' access to important cloud services. We propose a joint progressive recovery strategy for optical network and datacenters to maximize content reachability to users at each repair stage.
