2023 eğitim vizyonu belgesi hakkında öğretmen ve yönetici görüşleri: Kahramanmaraş ili örneği = Teacher and manager opinions on the 2023 education vision certificate: Case of Kahramanmaraş

Abstract

Bu tez çalışması Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı kurumlarda 2023 Eğitim Vizyonunun uygulanabilirliğini eğitim yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin bakış açısı ile belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmamızda Kahramanmaraş İlinde bulunan okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerden oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada evrenden örneklem alma yoluna gidilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise, çalışma evreninden seçkisiz olarak alınan 403 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Bu katılımcıların 361'ini Öğretmenler 42'sinide Yöneticiler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin 2023 eğitim vizyonuna ilişkin tutum ve görüşleri kullanılmıştır. 2023 Eğitim Vizyonu bağlamında sistemin olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri araştırılmıştır. Yapılan analizler neticesinde öğretmen ve yöneticilerin çoğunlukla 2023 Eğitim Vizyon Belgesi'nin amaçlarından haberdar oldukları ancak belge duyurulmadan önce herhangi bir toplantıya çağırılmadıkları saptanmıştır. Buna ek olarak öğretmenleri demografik değişkenleri ile 2023 Eğitim Vizyon Görüşleri arasında genellikle anlamlı bir ilişki saptanamamıştır. This thesis study was carried out in order to determine the applicability of the 2023 Education Vision in institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education from the perspective of education administrators and teachers. In our study, it consists of school administrators and teachers in Kahramanmaraş. In the research, sampling was taken from the universe. The sample of the study, on the other hand, consists of 403 participants who were taken randomly from the study population. 361 of these participants are Teachers and 42 of them are Administrators. The attitudes and opinions of school administrators and teachers regarding the 2023 education vision were used to collect the research data. The positive and negative aspects of the system were investigated in the context of the 2023 Education Vision. As a result of the analysis made, it was determined that teachers and administrators were mostly aware of the objectives of the 2023 Education Vision Document but were not invited to any meeting before the document was announced. In addition, there is generally no significant relationship between teachers' demographic variables and their 2023 Education Vision Views.
