Atölye tipi üretimde tezgahlara operatör atanması probleminin yetkinlik analizi tabanlı macar algoritması ile çözümü = Solution of the problem of assigning operators to the machines in workshop type production with a competence analysis based hungary algorithm

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, alüminyum üretimi yapan bir fabrikada, üretimde çalışan dört operatör için yetkinlik ölçüm değerlerini kullanarak operatörleri Macar algoritması yöntemiyle çelik, torna, cnc ve ısıl işlem tezgâhlarına ataması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Operatör yetkinliklerini ölçmek için TAN yetkinlik talimatı hazırlanmıştır. Tez çalışması için hazırlanan bu talimat daha önce örneğine rastlanılmadığından ötürü çalışmaya öznellik katmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışmayla istenilen sonuç organizasyon yönetiminde alınacak kararlarda ve iş dağılımlarında maksimum iş verimini yakalayabilmek, operatörlerin yetkinliklerini ölçmek, yetkinliklerin sonuçlarına göre yöneylem araştırmasının Macar algoritması yöntemini kullanarak, işlere en uygun personellerin atamasını yapmaktır. Bu teknik, işletme yönetimine kaynakları optimum şekilde kullanabilme imkanı sunar. Macar yöntemi algoritması manuel ve lingo programında çözülmüştür. Sonuçlar karşılaştırılarak, sonraki çalışmalarda neler yapılabileceği, personel sayısının fazla olduğu işletmelerde hangi yöntemin kullanılabileceği hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Oluşturulan model ile üretimde çalışan personellerin, yetkinlikleri objektif bir biçimde sıralanmıştır. Önerilen model ile atama sürecinde başka pozisyonlara da uyarlanabilir oduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Keywords: Competency analysis, Hungarian method, Lingo program Choosing the right candidate for the right job depends on establishing a model that will help select the most suitable candidate among the alternatives. In this study, using the competence measurement values for four operators working in the production in an aluminum production factory, the operators were assigned to steel, lathe, CNC and heat treatment benches using the Hungarian algorithm method. TAN competency instruction has been prepared to measure operator competencies. This instruction, which was prepared for the thesis study, has added subjectivity to the study since no example has been encountered before. The desired result with this study is to achieve maximum work efficiency in the decisions to be taken in the organization management and in the work distribution, to measure the competencies of the operators, to assign the most suitable personnel to the jobs by using the Hungarian algorithm method of the operations research according to the results of the competencies. This technique offers the business management the opportunity to use the resources in an optimum way. Hungarian method algorithm is solved in manual and lingo program. By comparing the results, information is given about what can be done in future studies and which method can be used in enterprises with a large number of personnel. With the model created, the competencies of the personnel working in production are listed in an objective way. With the proposed model, it was concluded that it can be adapted to other positions in the assignment process.
