Günümüz ekonomik rekabet ortamında işletmeler adil ve uygulanabilir bir ücret sistemi ile çalışabilmek için oldukça fazla zaman ve emek harcamaktadırlar. Adil ve uygulanabilir bir ücret sisteminin kurulabilmesi, işletmede yapılan iş değerleme uygulamasının doğru şekilde uygulanmasına bağlıdır. İşletmede yeni kurulan hatta görev alacak üç görev tanımı kullanılarak iş değerlemesi çalışması uygulanmıştır. Çıkan sonuçlara göre üç görev tanımının önem derecesine göre ücret skalasında en doğru yere yerleştirilmesi sağlanacaktır. Bu amaçla dikkate alınacak kriterler iş değerlemesi metodu ile belirlenmiş ve kriterlerin birbirleri ile karşılaştırılması Bulanık AHP ve Bulanık SWARA yöntemi ile sağlanmıştır. Çıkan sonuçlara göre personeller yaptıkları işe göre en doğru ücret skalalarına yerleştirilecek; böylece doğru işe doğru ücret politikası hayata geçirilecektir.

The establishment of a fair and feasible wage payment system depends on the correct implementation of job evaluation in the enterprise. Job evaluation study was carried out using three job descriptions that will be worked to the newly established assembly line in the enterprise. According to the results, it will be ensured that the three job descriptions are placed in the most accurate place on the wage scale according to their importance. This criterias to be considered for this purpose were determined by job evaluation method and the comparison of the criterias with each other was provided by Fuzzy AHP and Fuzzy SWARA method. According to the results, the personnel will be placed on the most accurate wage scales according to the job they do; in this way, the right wage policy will be implemented.
