Sanayi Tesisleri nde Yangın Söndürme Sistemleri İçin Özgün Bir Bakım Modelinin Geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Sanayi tesisleri için yangın sistemleri bakımları konusu tam olarak ele alınmadığı gözlemlenmiş olup bu tez çalışması ile ülkemiz sanayi tesislerinin beklentilerine duyarlı bakım sistematiği incelenmiştir. Yangın hatları bakımları hali hazırda yapılan çalışmalarda ABD menşeyli NFPA modelleri kullanılmaktadır. Tez kapsamında ülkemizde bulunan sanayi tesislerinde bulunan yangın söndürme sistemlerine dair bir modeli geliştirilmiştir. Ulusal mevzuata uygun şekilde sanayi tesislerinin talep ettiği yangın sistemleri bakımları ile birlikte sistematiğin geliştirmek, bu sistematiği madde madde sıralamak, bilimsel ve objektif verilerle harmanlamak suretiyle yeni bir model oluşturulmuştur. Geliştirilen modelde yangın söndürme sistemlerinin bakımlarının nasıl yapılacağına dair sistematik yaklaşım önerilmiştir.

It has been observed that the issue of fire systems maintenance for industrial plants has not been fully addressed and with this thesis, the maintenance systematic sensitive to the expectations of industrial plants of our country has been examined. NFPA models originating from the USA are used for the maintenance of fire lines. Within the scope of the thesis, a model of fire extinguishing systems in industrial plants in our country has been developed. In accordance with national legislation, a new model has been created by developing systematic with the maintenance of fire systems demanded by industrial facilities, listing this systematic item by item and blending it with scientific and objective data. In the developed model, a systematic approach on how to maintain fire extinguishing systems is proposed.
