Abstract

Cumhuriyet dönemiyle birlikte her geçen gün sayıları artan Kur'ân-ı Kerîm meâlleri tefsir ilmi açısında yeni bir alan oluşturmaya başlamıştır. Özellikle son dönem meâlleri arasında önemli bir yeri olan Suat Yıldırım'ın `Kur'ân-ı Hakîm ve Açıklamalı Meâli' adlı meâl çalışması incelenmesi gereken bir eser olarak önümüzde durmaktaydı. Biz de çalışmamızda öncelikle bu meâli tanıtmayı hedefledik.Tez çalışmamız giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde tezimizin konusu, amacı ve metodu ile ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde Suat Yıldırım'ın hayatı ve ilmî kişiliği hakkında bilgi verilip ulaşılabilen bütün eserleri sıralanmıştır. İkinci bölümde Suat Yıldırım'ın meâli, kısaca tanıtılmış ve meâl geleneğine ait kavramsal çerçeve üzerinde durulmuştur. Ayrıca Suat Yıldırım'ın meâli hakkında yapılan tartışmalara değinilmiş, getirilen eleştiriler ve Suat Yıldırım'ın cevaplarına yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise Suat Yıldırım'ın meâli metod ve üslûp açısından değerlendirilmiş, Suat Yıldırım'ın önem verdiği, Türkçe'nin imkânlarının kullanımına ait örnekler incelenmiştir.Sonuç bölümünde ise, kısaca değerlendirme yapılmıştır.Meâl yazılırken atıfta bulunulacak kaynakların başında Kur'ân-ı Kerîm gelmektedir, Hadîs-i Şerifler, tefsirler, isrâiliyâta ait kaynaklar ve Türkçenin imkânlarının kullanımı konusunda Suat Yıldırım'ın meâli önem arz etmektedir.

With the Republic era, the interpretations of the Qur?an which their numbers of having increasing day by day have started to consist a new area by means of Interpretations sciences. Especially Suat Yıldırım?s ?The Holy Qur?an and its descriptive Interpretation? which is one of the most important works in the recent times was in front of us as a work which should be studied in details. So we have aimed to present this interpretation in our study.Our study is composed of one introduction and three chapters. Information regarding the subject, scope and method of the thesis were given in the introductory part. The biography and intellectual background of Suat Yıldırım as well as all his opuses that have been reached are explained in the first chapter. The second chapter talks shortly about the translation of Suat Yıldırım and the conceptual framework on the tradition sense of him. Moreover the discussion about the translation of Suat Yıldırım is focused and the critics to and the answers of Suat Yıldırım are touched upon. The translation of Suat Yıldırım is analyzed in terms of methodology and styles; and the examples of using the opportunities of Turkish that Suat Yıldırım paid attention.The final chapter includes the short evaluation.The first of the sources to be referred to is the Holy Qur?an; the interpretation of Suat Yıldırım is of highest importance in terms of Hadiths, explanations, sources of Israelitism and the possibility of using the Turkish language.
