Burun bandı kullanımının aerobik kapasite üzerine olan etkisi

Abstract

Tezimizde resmi dili Almanca olan Federal Almanya Cumhuriyeti, Avusturya Cumhuriyeti ve İsviçre Konfederasyonu ülkelerine ait mesleki ve uzmanlık sahasındaki resmi evrakları, özellikle hukuk mahkemeleri kararlarım inceledik. Bu incelemede mesleki ve uzmanlık metinlerinin çevirilerinde karşılaşılan zorlukları ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Bu tür çevirilerde mevcut sözlüklerin bir noktada yetersiz kaldığını gördük. Bununla ilgili olarak yeterince örnekler sunduk. Alman mahkeme kararlarındaki zaman uyumsuzluğunu saptadık. Aynı dili konuşan ülkelerin mahkeme kararlarında farklı metin oluşturma gelenekleri olduğunu gözlemledik. Bu tür metinlerin çevirilerinde, aktarılan dilin metin oluşturma geleneğinin göz önünde bulundurulması gerektiğini açıklamaya çalıştık.

In this thesis we examined the official documents related to the occupational and specialized areas especially the documents in the decisions of the Law Courts for the countries of Federal Republic of Germany, Republic of Austria and Swiss Confederation which their official languages are German. In the study we tried to brought up the difficulties in the translations of the specialized texts. We found that the avaible dictionaries are not sufficient in some words and terms in the translations of the text of this areas. To show this situation we gave examples enough. We also found that there are tense inaccordance. We saw that the same language spoken countries had a different tradition in the different text formation. We explained that in the translations of this kind texts, it is necessary to take into consideration of the transferred language's text formation.
