Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar kelimeler; kaynakta eğitim, kalite, verim. Bu çalışmada ele alman konular Sakarya' daki kaynak konusunun düzeyi, çalışanların verimi ve eğitim durumlarının araştırılmasıdır. Amaç; ele alman konularla ilgili mevcut olan problemlere çözüm önerileri sunmaktır. Ancak kaynak konusunda mevcut olan problemlerin giderilmesi konusunda yapılması gereken çalışmaların başında eğitim gelmektedir. Bunun için Endüstri Meslek Liseleri 'ne büyük pay düşmektedir. Endüstri Meslek Liseleri'nin ana amacı; endüstrinin ihtiyacı olan kalifiye teknik elemanı yetiştirmektedir. Ayrıca mevcut kalifiye elemanın günün teknolojisine ayak uydurabilmesi için işletmelerin hizmetiçi eğitime önem vermeleri gerekmektedir.

THE PROFILE OF MANUFACTURING SECTOR ON SMALL AND MEDIUM SCALED WELDING IN SAKARYA SUMMARY The keywords are education, quality and production on weld. In this study, studied subjects are the level of the weld in Sakarya, the output of the workers and the educational process of them. Goal of the study is to present solutions to the problems releated with the weld. But the existing problems releated with the weld can only be solved with education. It should be the main aim in the studies, to solve the problems. Industrial Trade Schools have greate importance on this subject. Goal of the Industrial Trade Schools is to educate qualified technical personnel for the industry. And also Business Administrations Should give importance that the existing qualified personnel can follow the technological developments.
