Basketbolda hazırlık döneminin fiziksel ve fizyolojik parametreler üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Çağımızda bilim ve teknolojide sağlanan gelişmeler, nüfus artışı, ekonomik ve sosyal büyüme, şehirleşme gibi etkenlerle toplum hayatı karmaşık bir hal almış, bu durum karşısında toplumun huzur ve görevini sağlamakla görevli olan devletin "Kolluk Örgütü" önemini arttırmıştır. Toplum hayatımn devamı için önemli bir fonksiyonu üstlenen Kolluk Örgütleri dünyada ve ülkemizde istenilen niteliklere ulaşamamış ve eleştirilerden kurtulamamışlardır. Suç ve suçluluk olgusu gün geçtikçe toplumu derinden yaralayarak artmakta, toplumsal adalet duygusu zedelenmektedir. Kendisine yüklenilen çeşitli görevler arasında devletin suç ve suçlulukla savaşması, suçların cezasız bırakılmaması anlamına gelen "Adli Görevler" ile de görevlendirilen Kolluk Örgütlerimiz bu görevini istenildiği şekilde yerine getirememekte, birçok suçun faili bulunamamakta, yada geç bulunmakta buna bağlı olarak da toplumun adalet mekanizmasına güveni sarsılmaktadır. Mevcut personel oranı iş yükü ve personelin tahsil durumu itibarı ile adli görevler gibi uzmanlaşma isteyen konularda yetersiz kalan Kolluk Örgütlerimizde yemden bir yapılanmaya gidilip, dünyanın birçok gelişmiş ülkesinde olduğu gibi bu konuda uzman bir "Adli Kolluk Örgütü" kurulması zaruret halini almıştır.

In today's World whit the developments in science theenoşogy inceases in human poplations comes up to us with a problem. This problem is secure living of our citizens in today's world this problem is very important for the goverments. To restore that trust the importance of security forces it is very important. To restore an order it is a lively subject to cotinuous and a happy living in public. For that reason the security forces while trying to restore that order are getting good and bad judgment from every level of commimty members.Quilt and quitines are effects the public from very deep and makes us to question the justice and the method of storing justice. In our country the goverment has to many duties to do at the mean time the police ( security forces ) ha ve to do manny duties. For this reason they are having to many difficulties of storing the secure living oftheir citizens. For that reason manny crimes are becoming investigated and the criminals are walking free in to thee streets also at the other hands manny mistakes are being made. They are ( justice comes very late or never, the courts are takes long time or the criminals are getting caught very late. ) While we are enforcing the old system the trust of public against justice every day gets weaker and weaker. The luck of personnel uneducated personnel also effects highly the storement of justice and trust of public trough to their country. For this reason we have to build a new system in to our security system, while storing the system we hawe to get examples and get lessons from other developed countries. Finally to store a good system in our country it is a must.
