ÖZET Sürekli imalatta bulanık kural tabanı uzman sistem tasarımında bulanık doğrusal regresyon analizi kullanılarak bir kural yapısı oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan bu kural yapısı ile sürekli optimalliği sağlamak üzere bir sistem dizayn edilmiştir. Sistemin uygulandığı alan ise Seka Bolu Müessesesi 'nin ürettiği Formika ürününün bir üretim aşaması olan emprenye makinasına ait çıktı değeri olan reçine emme % değerine ait olan değerler ele alınmıştır. Formika ürünü bir kat dekor kağıdının melamin reçinesinde emprenye edilmesi ile üç kat kraft kağıdının fenol reçinesinde emprenye edilmesi ve daha sonra emprenye edilen kağıtların 160 C'de 66-69 dakika arasında preslenir. Dolayısıyla kraft kağıdının fenol reçinesi ile emprenye edilmesi safhası üretimde dekor kağıdının melamin reçinesi ile emprenye edilmesi safhasına göre daha büyük öneme sahip olduğundan ve ürün kalitesine daha fazla etki ettiğinden dolayı tercih edilmiştir. Ele alınan sistemde model tabanlı, bulanık kural yapılı bir sistem oluşturulmuştur. Bulanık kural yapısının oluşturulmasında ise bulanık doğrusal regresyon analizi ile istatistiksel doğrusal regresyon analizi karşılaştırılmış ve bulanık doğrusal analizin toplam mutlak sapma(hata) değerinin daha düşük olması nedeniyle tercih edilmiştir. h = y-y" Bulanık toplam sapma h,= y-V İstatistiksel toplam sapmaBulanık doğrusal regresyon analizinin uygulanmasında sistemi etkileyen değişkenler belirlenmiş ve bu değişkenlerin mevcut veriler ile serpme diyagramı üzerinde dağılımları gösterilmiştir. Değişkenlerin serpme diyagramı üzerindeki dağılımlarına göre değişkenlerin dağılım aralıkları belirlenmiştir. Bu dağılım aralıklarına göre bulanık bölgelere ayrılan verilere doğrusal regresyon analizi uygulanmış ve bu analize de bulanık doğrusal regresyon analizi adı verilmiştir. Bulanık regresyon analizinin uygulandığı herbir bölgeye bir kural atanmıştır. Uygulamada kullanılan değişkenler ise; y = Reçine Emme %' si Xı = Kraft Kağıdı Gramajı X2 = Emprenye Mak.Hızı X3 = Reçine B Zamanı 'dır. İmalatta sürekli bir optimalliğin sağlanmasaı için model tabanlı bir sistem tasarlanmış ve sistem kuralları mevcut verilerden oluşturulmuştur. Dolayısıyla sürekli bir imalat prosesinde sürekli optimalliğin sağlanması için böyle bir uzman sistemin tasarlanması uygun görülmüştür.
In designing a fuzzy rule based special system for a continuos production, a rule structure was developed by using fuzzy linear regression analyses. With this rule structure, a system is developed to achieve a continuos optimum level of production. The system is used at SEKA' s Bolu Formica plant. The data is taken from press ma chine which is a part of the Formica production, and the values used are the percent age of resin absorption of the paper. Formica is produced by impregnating 1 level of decorative paper in the melamine formaldehyde rasin, and 3 level of Craft paper in phenol formaldehyde, and pressing under high pressure at 160° for 66-69 minutes. Because production stage of impregnating Craft paper with phenol formaldehyde is more important than the impregnating decorative paper with melamine formalde hyde, and its effect on the quality of the product, the stage of impregnating Craft pa per was preferred. In the system developed, a fuzzy rule structure is used as model base. In the devel opment of fuzzy rule structure, fuzzy linear regression analysis and statistical linear regression analysis were compared, and fuzzy linear regression analysis was pre ferred due to its less total absolute deviation (error) value. Hb = ly - yt>l - fuzzy total deviation Hi = ly - yıl - statistical total deviation In application of linear regression analysis, the variables that effect the system were determined and the scattering of these variables with present values are shown on the scattering diagram. Based on the spreading of variables the scattering diagram, spread gaps of the variables were determined. According to these spread gaps, linear regression analysis was applied to the variables on the fuzzy areas, and this analysiswas called "fuzzy linear regression analysis". At each area where fuzzy regression analysis was applied, one rule was assigned. Variables used in the application were: y = percentage of resin absorption xi = weight of Craft paper X2 = speed values of impregnating machine X3 = phenol formaldehyde resin B time value To obtain continuos peak production level, model based system is designed, and the rules of the system are developed from the present (real time) values. Therefore, to obtain a continuos peak production level in a continuos production process, it was found to be necessary to design a special system.
