Türkiye’de küçük ve orta ölçekli imalat işletmelerinde ürün geliştirme, yenilik teknoloji stratejisi

Abstract

ÖZET Önümüzdeki yüzyılda çok büyük öneme sahip olacak KOBİ'lerin özellikle Esnek Üretim sistemlerinin gelişmesine paralel olarak ülkemiz için de ürün geliştirme ve teknoloji transferi konusunda motor vazifesi göreceği herkesin ortak kanaatidir. Dünyadaki gelişmeye paralel olarak ülkemizde de KOBİ' lerde görünür derecede bir hareketlilik mevcuttur. Günümüzde büyük ölçekli firmalar gibi KOBİ'lerin karşılaştıkları önemli problemlerden biride dış piyasalarda rekabet edebilir hale getirilmeleridir. Bu çalışmada amaç KOBİ'lerin bu problemi çözmeleri konusunda yardımcı olacak ürün geliştirme, teknoloji transferi, yenilik takibi ve ARGE çalışmaları üzerinde ışık tutmaktır. XI

It is a cemmen reality that small and middle scale Enterprises ( SMCE's ) will have a great importance, especially parallel to the delopment in flexible Manufacturing systems ( FMS ), in the next century. Parallel to the developments in the world, there is a spactacular movement at SMCE's in our country. One of the major problems that confront SMCE's they should be given the opputunity to the Competa at foreign markets, like the big companies in our date. The goal at this study is to shed lights upon the works on Research and Development, following up the innovations, Technology Transfer Production development, helping SMCE's solve these problems. Xii
