En 45001 normlarına göre plazma kaplama test laboratuarı akreditasyonu üzerine bir çalışma

Abstract

ÖZET Üretim teknolojisindeki gelişmeler, ürünlerde yüksek kalite, düşük maliyet ve bunlarm sürekliliğini sağlamak amacına yönelmiştir. Kuşkusuz işletmeler de bu gelişmeleri ve değişimi yakalamak ve yaşamak zorunda kalmışlardır.. Ürünlerin ulusal ve uluslararası pazara girebilmesi ve rekabet edebilmesi firmaların temel sorunudur. Uluslararası ticaretin yaygınlaşması, yeni düzenlemeleri de beraberinde getirmiştir. Bundan hareketle üretilen benzer ürünlerin ölçümlerinin birbirine denk olmasmm sağlanması hedeflenmiştir. Bu konu ile ilgili en ileri çalışmalar Avrupa Birliği bünyesinde yapılmaktadır. Birliğe üye ülkeler laboratuar akreditasyonu konusunda çeşitli sistemler uygulamaktadır. Buna göre, her ülke önce bütün akreditasyon hizmetlerini bir noktada birleştirecek, daha sonrada ülkeler arası tanınmaya gideceklerdir. Tanınma, teknik denetimler sonucu bir ülkenin akreditasyon sistemini uluslararsı normlara göre kurup çalıştırdığının belirlenmesi ile olacaktır. Bu çalışma malzeme tedarikinden yönetimine, kalite kontrolden çeşitli test tekniklerine kadar geniş bâr alanı kapsamaktadır. Bundan böyle plazma kaplama laboratuarında yapılan işlemler düzene sokulacak ve denetim altına alınacaktır. Mevcut akreditasyon ilkeleri ilerideki gelişmeler düşünülerek ekte sunulan bilglerle zenginleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma, Sakarya Üniversitesi, Metalürji ve Malzeme Mühendisliği Bölümü, plazma kaplama test laboratuarının EN 45001 normlarına uygun akreditasyon dokümanlarım içermektedir. vll

A STUDY ON PLASMA COATING TEST LABORATORY ACCREDITATION WITH EN 45001 NORMS SUMMARY The developments in the production technology have trended to the aim of getting high quality and low cost in products and the continuity of all these. Without doubt, the firms have to catch and live with these developments and changes. It is the main problem of the firms that the products be able to enter the national and international markets and be able to compete. The international trade's being common has brought new regulations itself. With this, it has been aimed to get that the measurement of the similar products which are produced must be equal to each other. The most advanced studies about this subject have been done by European Union. The members of the Union have been applying various systems on the subject of laboratory accreditation. According to the ongoing studies first all member states will put the accreditation services in their countries under one umbrella organization then seek mutual recognition. Recognition, as the results of technical inspections, will be by being defined of one country's establishing and operating the accreditation system according to the international norms. This study consists of a wide area from providing the material to the management, from quality control to various test techniques. From now on, the works which are done in the plasma coating laboratory will be put in order and controlled. Present accreditation principles have been enrichened with the knowledges given in addition, thinking the developments in the future. This study involves the preparation of the documents including Sakarya University, Metallurgy and Material Engineering, plasma coating test laboratory accreditation complying with EN 45001 norms. Vii
