Çevre yönetiminde bilgi sistemlerinin kullanımı

Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar Kelimeler : Çevre, Bilgi Sistemleri, CBS,UA Teknolojik ve toplumsal gelişmede en önemli faktör bilgi birikimidir. Üniversite ve diğer araştırma kuruluşlarında, devlet kurumlarında ve özel sektörde geleneksel yöntemin ve bilgisayar teknolojisi ile yapılan bilimsel araştırma üretim sonuçlan, bireysel veri tabanlarında ve kağıt ortamlarında saklanmakta, merkezi kütüphanelerde konulsa da yaygın kitleye erişimi zorlaştırmaktadır. Çağdaş özelliklere sahip bilgisayar donanımı ve bilgi sistemleri ortamında ulusal ve uluslar arası standartlardaki veri tabanlarında güncelliğini koruyan tüm veriler ülke çapında tüm araştırıcı ve kullanıcılara açık olmalıdır. Günümüzün endüstriyel kuruluşlarım ve bunların meydana getirdiği kirliliği izleyebilmek bilgi sistemlerine dayanan çevre bilgi sistemleri geliştirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada çevreyle ilgili bilgilerin toplanması, derlenmesi ve işlenmesi için bilgi teknolojilerinden yararlanılmıştır ve bunlar örneklendirilmiştir. Tüm bilgi teknolojileri güncelleştirmeye imkan verecek şekildedir. Bu çalışma, muhtemel çevre facialarının önlenebilmesi balonundan bilgi elcsikliğinin giderilmesi ve belli sisteme oturtulmuş verilerde kolay ulaşımım sağlaması açısından önemlidir. xı
