LPG’li taşıtlarda güvenlik sorunları ve güvenlik sisteminin iyileştirilmesi

Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar kelimeler: LPG'li taşıtlar, İkaz sistemi, Emniyet ve Güvenlik Dünyada ve buna paralel olarak Türkiye'de taşıtlarda LPG kullanımı hızla artmaktadır. Kullanımın yaygınlaşması sonucu karşımıza çıkan en önemli sorun, LPG'li taşıtların güvenliğidir. Kaza ve kaçak durumunda hangi sorunlar ile karşılaşabiliriz. Bu çalışmada, LPG'li taşıtlardaki emniyet ve güvenlik problemleri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, eksiklikler ortaya konularak dönüşüm işlemi sırasında yapılması gerekenler ve uyulması gereken kurallara dikkat çekilmiştir. Giriş bölümünde temel bilgiler verilmiştir. Literatür taraması yapılarak, LPG'nin özellikleri, Dünyada ve ülkemizde kullanımı açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde; LPG dönüşüm sistemleri, parçalan ve çalışma prensipleri, dördüncü bölümde ise mevcut emniyet ve güvenlik sistemleri açıklanmıştır. Beşinci bölümde kullanıcılar, servis personeli ve firmalar üzerinde, emniyet ve güvenlik sorunlarının araştırılmasına yönelik toplam 43 soruluk bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Altıncı bölümde yeni geliştirilen ve kaçak durumunda çevreyi sesli ve görsel olarak uyaran ayrıca kesici valilerden gazı otomatik olarak kesen LPG güvenlik sistemi geliştirilerek sistemin deneyleri yapılmıştır. Bu sistemde kullanılan sensörler çeşitli deney düzeneklerinde test edilerek sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Son bölümde ise yapılan araştırma, deney ve anket çalışmalarının ışığında LPG'li taşıtlar ile ilgili olarak sonuç ve önerilere yer verilmiştir. xıı

SAFETY PROBLEMS WITH LPG-USING VEHICLES AND THE DESING OF A NOVEL SYSTEM FOR IMPROVEING VEHICLE SAFETY SUMMARY Keywords: Vehicle with LPG, Warning system, Safety and security In the world and especially in Turkey, use of the Liquid Petrol Gas (LPG) in vehicles, has been increasing. Inspire of the widespread use of LPG in the vehicles, some questions arises about the safety. Mainly these questions can be summarized as; How safe is the use of LPG in the vehicle? And what is the risk of it after accident and leakage? In this study, the safety and security problems of the LPG use in the vehicles have been investigated. In addition, some recommendations have been made to improun the safety fact of LPG use in the vehicles. Towards these aims, the research has been presented in this thesis as detailed below. In the first chapter, some basic but fundemental informatioms about LPG, vehicles and the use of LPG in the vehicles have been given. The second chapter reviews and provides a commentary on the state-of-the-art in both LPG and use of it in the World and Turkey. In the third and forth chapters; the LPG system pieces, their working principles and used safety and security systems have been explained. In the fifth chapter; results of the questioners which include 43 questions about safety and security problems, have been given. The results are abtained by questionering. the service personals, LPG users and related companies. In the sixth chapter; a new safety and security system, which warns the users with voice and warning display and automatically shut-downs the selenoid valves just after the leakage of the LPG, has been introduced. The sensors that are used in the new system have been tested and discussed. In the final part; some recommendations have been given according to the questioners and the test results of the vehicle with LPG. Xlll
