dc.description.abstract	Conclusion: A SBP >120 mmHg during the division of the stomach is an independent risk factor for SLB. Maintaining intraoperative SBP <= 120 mmHg during the stapling phase does not only decrease the risk of SLB but also the need for homeostatic agents such as clips and sutures, which in turn prolong the operative time and increase cost.
