dc.description.abstract Conclusion: In the informed consent forms, the risks of surgical procedure were found to be explained more sufficiently in state-run hospitals, whereas it was found to be written insufficiently in private hospitals. Therefore, it was concluded that the surgeons are needed to be informed more efficiently on the content of the informed consent forms regarding the surgical procedure.
