dc.description.abstract Although the development of communication technology increases the quality of life, it causes the increase of electromagnetic pollution. Exposure to electromagnetic pollution above certain limits leads to serious health problems such as cancer and the nervous system. Especially in large settlements such as Maltepe, where the population is dense, studies are carried out to reduce this pollution. In this study, the mapping of electromagnetic field pollution originating from base stations was carried out with 165 measurements taken between 2014-2017. Then, this mapping was trained with artificial neural network and a model was taken for the places where no measurements were taken in Maltepe district and the electric field value was estimated according to the entered values.
