Health sector is a field affected by performance management practices. This research was conducted in six hospitals affiliated to the Ministry of Health in order to explore, the effects of individual factors on views of health staffs about performance management. The data collected in the course of the research were evaluated by the one-way ANOVA analysis, along with descriptive analyses.
