dc.description.abstract	Judicial services, similar to various areas of service in public administration, have faced with demands for transformation regarding efficiency and productivity. There is a wide range of tools for satisfying these demands. In this framework, total quality management has been considered as one of the necessary tools. In this study, the opinions of lawyers-who play crucial role in judicial services-on efficiency and productivity have been set forth via a survey conducted on total quality management.
