dc.description.abstract In this work, the effect of the special type of neutron-proton (snp) interaction which was proposed by the authors previously, on the excited 0+ states in deformed even-even nuclei is investigated using the Quasiparticle Random Phase Approximation (QRPA) method. The results show that the energies of the 0+ states change and a new state depending on the value of the parameter q below the gap energy level appears.
