Sac şekillendirme proseslerinden biri olan V büküm ile oluşturulan parçaların temel özelliklerinden biri olan geri yaylanma, elastik toparlanmanın neden olduğu boyutsal sapmadır. Büküm işleminden sonra şekillendirme yüklerinin ortadan kalkması sırasında uygulanan deformasyonun elastik kısmı geri kazanılır ve bükülen parçada boyutsal sapmaya neden olur. İş parçasının boyutsal doğruluğunu, geometriyi etkilemesi ve özellikle montaj işlemi sırasında ciddi hatalara sebebiyet vereceğinden dolayı geri yaylanmanın sayısal olarak tahmini ve telafisi önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada sac kalınlığı, kalıp açısı, malzeme özelliği, yükleme durumu gibi proses parametrelerinin geri yaylanma üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmış olup hem yapısal analiz hem de deneysel test yapılarak incelenmiştir. Alüminyum 1050 serisi plakalar 100x100mm olucak şekilde giyotin makinesinde kesilmiştir. 1mm, 1.5mm ve 2.5mm kalınlığındaki plakalar 90˚, 135˚, 150° büküm açılarında pres tezgahında bükülerek geri yaylanma değerleri ölçülmüştür. HMI paneline malzeme cinsi, sac kalınlığı ve büküm açıları girilerek proses parametreleri hazırlanmıştır. Her kalınlık ve her kalıp açısı için deney yapılmış olup toplamda 12 numune üzerinde büküm prosesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. 90°büküm açısında 1mm kalınlıktaki geri yaylanma açısı 1° ve 1.5mm kalınlıktaki geri yaylanma ölçüsü 1° ve 0,6° ölçülmüştür. Kalınlık 0.5 mm arttırıldığında geri yaylanma açısı %40 azalma göstermiştir. Aynı şekilde 2.5 kalınlıktaki alüminyum plakalarda -0.3°ölçülerek 1.5 kalınlığa göre %50 azalma yaşanmıştır. 135° büküm açısında 1mm kalınlıktaki numunede 3,9° geri yaylanma tespit edilirken 1.5 mm kalınlıktaki plakalarda 2.1° ölçülerek % 46.1 azalma görülmüştür. 2.5 mm kalınlıktaki plakalarda ise %19 azalarak 1.7° olarak ölçülmüştür. Büküm açısı daha da arttırılarak 150° kalıp açısında 1mm kalınlıktaki geri yaylanma açısı 5.4°ölçülmüştür. 1.5 mm kalınlığında plakada ise 5.3 °ölçülerek %1.85 azalmıştır. Kalıp açısının artmasıyla kalınlık artışının geri yaylanma üzerindeki etkisinin azaldığı görülmüştür. 2.5mm kalınlıktaki geri yaylanma ölçüsü 4.9 °ölçülerek % 7.54 azalma olmuştur. Sonuç olarak kalıp açısı ve sac kalınlığı parametreleri değerlendirilerek geri yaylanma değerleri ölçülmüştür. Sac kalınlığının artmasıyla geri yaylanma açı değerlerinin azaldığı fakat büküm açılarının artışıyla geri yaylanma değerlerinin arttığı görülmüştür. Deneysel çalışmada kullanılan V kılavuzu ve zımba modeli Nx 12.0 programında tasarlanmıştır. Model 90°, 135° ve 150° bükülme açılarına göre oluşturulmuştur. Malzemenin geri esneme davranışını incelemek için üç farklı kalınlık ve farklı kalıp açısı kullanılmıştır. Temas ayarları olarak sürtünmeli temas seçildi. Analiz sonucunda deformasyon değerlerinin doğru hesaplanabilmesi için eleman boyutu 2 mm olarak alınmıştır. Yakınsama problemini ortadan kaldırmak için alt adım zaman aralığında analiz yapılarak ani büyük değişiklikler ortadan kaldırılmıştır. Belirlenen kalınlıklar için her kalıp açısında bükme yapılarak toplam 9 adet analiz elde edilmiştir. Çalışma doğruluğunu hedeflemek için plaka kalınlığı ve temas yüzeyleri dikkate alınarak geri esneme açısındaki eleman sayısının hassasiyeti incelenmiştir. Formülasyonlar kullanılarak toplam deformasyon, von-misses gerilmeler ve geri esneme açısı değerleri elde edilmiştir. Deney sonuçlarında olduğu gibi FEM analizinde de plaka kalınlığı arttıkça geri esneme açısı değerlerinde azalma gözlenmiştir. Kalıp bükme açısı 90°'den 135°'ye çıkarıldığında geri esneme açısı değeri artarken, 135° bükme açısı ve 150° bükme açısında geri esneme açısı değerleri benzer olmuştur. Sonuç olarak bükme açısı arttıkça geri esneme değeri artarken, levha kalınlığı arttıkça geri esneme açısı değeri azalmaktadır. Deneysel sonuçları doğrulamak için, dikkate alınan parametreler kullanılarak sonlu elemanlar analizi kullanılmıştır. Tahmin edilen geri yaylanma açısı ölçülmüş olup deneysel sonuçlarla karşılaştırılarak açılar arasındaki hatalar belirlenmiştir. Deney ve simülasyon sonuçlarına bakıldığında aynı bükme açısında plaka kalınlığı arttıkça geri yaylanma açısının azaldığı görülmüştür. Deney sonuçlarından bükülme açısı arttıkça geri esneme açısının da arttığı elde edilmiştir. Varyans analizi sonucunda bükme açısının geri esnemeye plaka kalınlığına göre daha fazla etki ettiği görülmüştür. FEM analizi sonucunda ise belirlenen bükme açılarını elde edebilmek için farklı kalıp derinlikleri modellenerek bükme kuvveti hesaplanmıştır.
Springback, one of the basic irregularities of V-bend and breakage, which is one of the sheet metal forming processes, is the dimensional deviation caused by elastic recovery. After the bending bend, the elastic part of the deformation is recovered as the forming loads are eliminated, causing dimensional deviation in the bent part. Digital estimation and detection of springback is important because it affects the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece, geometry, and will cause serious errors, especially during the assembly process. The effects of this changing process, such as mold condition, feature, and loading condition, on the springback have been investigated, and both structural analysis and experimental testing have been carried out. Experiments were carried out to examine the effects of process parameters on the V-die bending process. Material type, thickness and process parameters affect the springback value and make prediction difficult. By changing the sheet thickness of the material, the springback behavior was examined at different forces and different mold angle parameters. The effects of process variables and bending angles on springback after unloading were evaluated. Aluminum 1050 series plates were cut on a guillotine machine to 100x100mm. Plates with 1mm, 1.5mm and 2.5mm thickness were bent on the press bench at 90˚, 135˚, 150°bending angles and springback values were measured. Process parameters were prepared by entering the material type, sheet thickness and bending angles into the HMI panel. Experiments were carried out for every thickness and every bending angle, and the bending process was carried out on a total of 18 samples. At a 90°bending angle, the springback angle for 1mm thickness was measured as 1°degree and the springback for 1.5mm thickness was measured as 0.6°degree. When the thickness was increased by 0.5 mm, the springback angle decreased by 40%. Likewise, in aluminum plates with a thickness of 2.5 mm, there was a 50% decrease compared to 1.5 thickness, measured by -0.3 degrees. While a 3.9°degree springback was detected in the 1 mm thick sample at a 135°bending angle, a 46.1% decrease was observed in the 1.5 mm thick plates, measuring 2.1˚. In 2.5 mm thick plates, it decreased by 19% and was measured as 1.7 degrees. The bending angle was further increased and the springback angle of 1mm thickness was measured as 5.4°degrees at a 150° bending angle. In the 1.5 mm thick plate, it decreased by 1.85% by measuring 5.3°degrees. It has been observed that the effect of thickness increase on springback decreases as the bending angle increases. The springback measure at 2.5mm thickness was measured as 4.9°degrees, resulting in a 7.54% decrease. As a result, springback values were measured by evaluating the bending angle and sheet thickness parameters. It has been observed that springback angle values decrease with increasing sheet thickness, but springback values decrease with increasing bending angles. The analysis result showed that the thickness and mold angle parameters had a significant effect on the springback angle. As a result of the Anova analysis, the effect of the die angle on springback was determined to be 99%. The V guide and punch model used in the experimental study was designed in the Nx 12.0 program. The model was created according to 30°,135° and 150° bending angles. Three different thicknesses and different mold angles were used to examine the springback behavior on the material. Frictional contact was selected as the contact settings. In order to accurately calculate the deformation values as a result of the analysis, the element size was taken as 2 mm. To eliminate the convergence problem, analysis was performed in the substep time interval and sudden large changes were eliminated. The punch was advanced in the -Z direction by entering the displacement value. As the punch progressed, the sheet material began to take shape. After bending, springback occurs in the plate. For the specified thicknesses, bending was made at each die angle and a total of 9 analyzes were obtained. In order to target operating accuracy, the sensitivity of the number of elements on the springback angle was examined by considering the plate thickness and contact surfaces. As the number of elements increases, the amount of springback on the aluminum plate will remain the same after a certain number of elements. However, an unnecessarily large number of elements will increase the analysis time and cause incorrect stresses on the plate. Element precision was made by analyzing a 1 mm thick plate at a die angle of 150°. Total deformation, von-misses stresses and springback angle values were obtained using the formulations. As in the experimental results, in the FEM analysis, a decrease was observed in the springback angle values as the plate thickness increased. When the die bending angle was increased from 90° to 135°, the springback angle value increased, while the springback angle values at 135° degree bending angle and 150° degree bending angle were similar. As a result, as the bending angle increases, the springback value increases, while as the plate thickness increases, the springback angle value decreases. Considering the analysis results, the yield strength in the inner part of the bending is less than the yield strength in the outer part. For this reason, springback occurred. In this study, springback behavior, which is frequently seen in bending processes, was examined on 1050 aluminum plates by V bending. Plates with 1mm, 1.5mm and 2.5 mm thickness were bent at 90°, 135°, 150° bending angles and the springback angle was measured with a digital protractor. Deviation values were obtained using the same die width and punch angle. In order to verify the experimental results, finite element analysis was used using the parameters considered. The estimated springback angle was measured and errors between the angles were determined by comparing it with the experimental results. Considering the experimental and simulation results, it was seen that the springback angle decreased with increasing plate thickness at the same bending angle. It has been obtained from the experimental results that the springback angle increases as the bending angle increases. As a result of the variance analysis, it was seen that the twist angle had a greater effect on springback than the plate thickness. In order to obtain the bending angles specified as a result of the FEM analysis, different die depths were modeled and the bending force was calculated.
