Abstract

Bu tezin temel amacı, Hâkim en-Nîsâbûrî'nin "el-Müstedrek ale's-Sahîhayn" isimlici bölüm üç kısımdır. Birinci kısım Hâkim en-Nîsâbûrî'nin dönemi, ismi, doğuş, vefâtıdır. İkinci kısım Hâkim'in şahsiyeti, hadis tahsiliyle geçirdiği ilmî hayatı, ilim yolculuğu, şeyhleri, talebeleri ve seyahat ettiği ülkeleri ele almaktadır. Üçüncü kısımda ise İmâm Hâkim'in ilmî çabaları, Müstedrek'in tanıtımı, onu yazmasının sebepleri, kitaptaki yöntemi ve Hâkim'in hadisleri tashîhi yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümü ise üç kısma ayırdım. Her kısımda, söz konusu üç sûre ile alakalı hadisler ve birçok meseleler vardır. Üçüncü ve son bölümde ise, söz konusu üç sûredeki mevkûf hadisleri ele aldım ve bu hadislerin Kütüb-i Tis'a'dan tahrîcini yaptım. Burada bulamadıysam etrâf ve tefsir kitaplarını esas aldım ve hadislerin şâhid ve mütâbîlerini zikrettim. Hadisin ilim ehline göre derecesini açıklamak ve hadis hakkında hüküm vermek için isnadda geçen râvîler hakkında bilgi verdim. Bu konuda İbn Hacer'in "et-Takrîb ve't-Tehzîb" adlı kitabını esas aldım. Fakat İmam İbn Hacer'in ravi hakkında bir görüşünü bulamadıysam, başka bir görüşü esas alarak Cerh ve Et-Ta'dil kitaplarına müracat ettim. Sonra hadisin manasını, ayetin sebeb-i nüzulünü, bazı şerî ve fıkhî hükümleri zikrettim. Son olarak, hadisin kılavuzluk ettiği en önemli ders ve ibretlerle, ulaştığım sonuç ve önerilerle tezi bitirdim. Böylece tez, tek kaynakta toplanmış, tahkik edilmiş, kolaylıkla başvurulan, Hakim'in dönemini ve O'nun Kur'an-ı Kerim'in tefsiriyle alakalı hadisleri zikretmekteki yöntemini öğrenmek isteyenlere vakit kazandıracak bilimsel bir kaynak olmuştur. Ayrıca tez Hâkim'in söz konusu surelerin tefsiri bağlamında yer verdiği hadisler hakkında okuyucuya genel bir algı sunacak ve bu hadislerin sahih veya zayıf olup olmadıklarını açıklayacaktır.

The aim of this Thesis is to collect the explanatory hadiths that were mentioned in Almustadrak on the two Sahihs of Imam Al-hakim may Allah have mercy on him, in Surat Al-an'am, Al-a'raf and Al-anfal. They are Hdiths that are raised to be said by o Prophet Mohammed PBUH through Hadith narrators and the ones to be considered as raised, which are 46 Hadiths. The dissertation consists of three chapters: Chapter One , in which I discussed the scientific life of Imam Alhakim, in his reception of hadith and his journey in seeking knowledge, his sheikhs, his students, and the countries to which he traveled. As for chapter Two, it was divided into three sections, in each of them several sub sections .Each sub-section discusses Hadiths of the section. Then I divided hadiths that are on the condition of the two sheikhs or one of them or the ones that are authentic, not on the condition of either of them, so that we can differentiate between the accepted ones from those that are rejected .I got the hadiths from the nine books. If I did not find them there , I depended on the books of Explanation, Mentioned by the witnesses and followings in Hadith , and I translated from the men of proof to clarify the degree of hadith among the people of knowledge and the people of craftsmanship. I explained the overall meaning of hadith and judging it, following the rules of the people of knowledge in that, and I relied on the saying of Imam Ibn Hajar may Allah have mercy on him based on the book "Taqreeb Altahdheeb" the summary of judgment on hadith narrator. If I could not find a saying of Imam Ibn Hajar, I searched in the books of Falsification and Correction, depending on another saying .I also mentioned the reason for the revelation of the verse, which was mentioned in hadith, and the legal and jurisprudential rulings. I concluded hadith with the inferred benefits, to understand the lessons. I concluded my thesis with mentioning the sources and recommendations that I reached, so it was a scientific material that is grouped in one source, and verified to make it easier for the researcher to refer to it.
