Abstract

Bilgiye, isteğe, kurala veya belli bir sebebe dayanmaksızın oluveren karşılaşma ya da tesadüf üzerinden elde edileni tanımlayan "rastlantı" kavramı gündelik yaşantının her anında olası bir durumu içermektedir. Rastlantının çoğu kez insan hayatında heyecanla karşılanmasının nedeni, beklenmedik bir anda gerçekleşmesi ve yeni bir oluşuma sebep olabilecek farkındalıklar yaratabilmesidir. Bilim, felsefe ve sanat alanları da rastlantı sonucu birçok gelişmeler, buluş ve icatlara tanık olmuştur. Sanatçının yaratım sürecinde kurgunun dışında ya da kurgu esnasında rastlantının etkisiyle keşifler yaptığı ve birçok yeni eğilimlere kapı açtığı bilinmektedir. Ancak doğaçlamaya ve rastlantıya, geleneğe olan karşı duruşları sayesinde, ilk defa bilinçli bir şekilde yer veren Dada Hareketi olmuştur. Dadanın etkisiyle bilinçaltına yönelen sürrealistlerin doğaçlama eğilimleri ise sanatın öznel yaklaşımını soyut bir yöne kaydırmıştır. Somuttan soyuta geçiş evresinde rastlantının etkisi açıkça kendini göstermektedir. Avrupa genelinde birbirinden bağımsız şekillenen bu algı soyut sanatı yaratmıştır. Savaşın etkisiyle yaşanan göçler, dönemin politik gelişmelerine ilişkin birçok faktör ve sanat eleştirmeni Greenberg' in yeni bir estetik bağlam ve yönelim olarak önerdiği formalizmiyle şekillenen sanat anlayışı ile de Amerikan soyut sanatının temelleri atılmıştır. Dönemin liberal atmosferi ve zamanın ruhu ve öznelliğin ön planda olması da doğaçlama ve rastlantısallığı soyut düşüncenin kendini var etmede en önemli aracı olarak benimsetmiştir. The reason why coincidence is often met with excitement in human life is that it occurs unexpectedly and can create awareness that can cause a new formation. The fields of science, philosophy and art have also witnessed many developments, inventions and inventions as a result of coincidence. It is known that the artist made discoveries outside of fiction or during fiction in the process of creation and opened the door to many new trends. However, it was the Dada movement that consciously featured it for the first time thanks to their stance against the tradition of improvisation and coincidence. The improvised tendencies of surrealists who turned to the subconscious under the influence of the dada shifted the subjective approach of art in an abstract direction. The effect of coincidence clearly shows itself in the transition phase from concrete to abstract. This perception, which is shaped independently of each other throughout Europe, has created abstract art. Many factors, such as migrations due to the influence of war, brought abstract art to America and the foundations of American abstract art were laid in this way. The perception and subjectiveness of the period at the forefront also expected improvisation and coincidence as the most important tool of abstract thought in self-existing. While the process in which concrete is developed into abstract is a priority in making the "moment" visible as an artistic performance, the unknownness of the moment has always been and will continue to be an inderable coincidence as part of art.
