Tam zamanında üretim ve satınalma sistemleri

Abstract

TÜRKÇE ÖZET 'Tam Zamanında' üretim sistemi, dünyadaki en gelişmiş ve en verimli üretim sistemlerinden bir tanesidir. Bu sistemin hedefi, verimli bir yansanayi geliştirerek ve organizasyondaki çeşitli fonksiyonları birleştirip üretim maliyetini düşürmektir. Özellikle TZÜ Sistemi'nin en önemli faydası, üretim ve satınalma departmanları arasındaki verimi geliştirip düşük stok seviyelerini sağlamaktır. Bu çalışmada, TZÜ Sistemi'ne detaylı bir yaklaşım ve bu sistemin çeşitli ülkeler ve organizasyonlarındaki uygulamalar gösterilmektedir. TZÜ Sistemi'nin uygulanışı kolay değildir ve üretim sisteminin başarılı olabilmesi için verimli yansanayi gibi birçok önhazırlık şartları vardır. Bu nedenle az gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerin, pazarlarındaki zayıf ve yetersiz yansanayilerinden dolayı, önemli dezavantajları vardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, TZÜ Sistemi'nin Türkiye'de nasıl uygulandığını anlamak ve Arçelik A.Ş.'de ( Türkiye'deki en verimli ve tanınmış şirketlerden biri ) bu sistemi uygulama çabalarım göstermektir.

ABSTRACT Just in Time ( JIT ) production system is one of the most advanced and efficient production system in the world. The goal of this system is to reduce the cost of production through developing an efficient supply chain and integrating various functions in the organization. In particular stock requirements for inputs and improved efficiency between manufacturing and purchasing departments are the most important outcome of the JIT System. The purpose of this study was to present a detailed review of the JIT approach system and its application in organizations across countries. It is pointed out that implementation of JIT System is not an easy task, and there are several prerequisite conditions, such as availability of efficient suppliers, for the success of the system in a particular production environment. In that respect, less developed and developing countries have significant disadvantages due to weak and inefficient suppliers in the market. This study was an attempt to understand how the JIT System is applied in Turkey, and presents the outcomes of such implementation efforts. To this end, Arçelik A.Ş.'s ( one of the most efficient and well-known company in Turkey ) efforts to implement JIT System in the organization.
