ÖZET Sportif tercihler araştırmasında amaçlanan, yoğun bir genç nüfusa sahip olan ülkemizin, üretilecek yeni spor politikalarına zemin oluşturması açısından destek sağlamaktadır. Araştırmada soruların önceden hazırlanarak doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak sorulduğu anket yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Anket sportif tercihini yapmış, okulu ya da kulübü adına resmi müsabaka oynamış ortaöğretim öğrencilerine uygulanmıştır. Ankette deneklere 17 ana soru ve bunlara bağlı olarak 6 ek sorudan oluşan toplam 23 soru yöneltilmiştir. Anketin uygulandığı okullarda Beden Eğitimi öğretmenleri anketör olarak görev almışlardır. Anket uygulamasında Kocaeli merkezi ve bütün ilçe merkezlerine ulaşılmıştır. Anket formlarından dokuz yüz tane bastırılmış, uygulamak üzere ilgili okullara dağıtılmıştır. Ancak sekizyüz oniki adet anket geri toplanabilmiştir. Araştırma geçerliliği ve güvenirliliği için olgunlaşma etkisi, test etkisi, araç etkisi ve seçim etkisinden arındırılmıştır. Anketteki örnekleme oranın da % 20 gibi yüksek bir rakama ulaşılmıştır. Zira milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü kayıtlarına göre Ortaöğretimdeki sporcu öğrenci sayısı 405 5' tir. Anket sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesinde Ki-Kare ilgi analizi uygulanmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre öğrencilerin sportif tercihlerini etkileyen faktörleri mutlak ve muhtemel olmak üzere iki başlıkta toplamak mümkündür. Mutlak faktörlerin sonucu Ki-Kare analizine göre kesin olan, muhtemel faktörler ise yine Ki-Kare analizine göre tartışılabilir faktörlerdir.(Bkz.Şekil 12.2)

In the research, the way of public survey, in which the questions are prepared beforehand and are asked directly or indirectly, was wed. The research was carried out on the middle education students who has e mode their sports preference and joined official competitions in the name of their schools or clubs. In the research seventeen main questions and connected with them separate question were directed to the subjects. In the schools in which the research was made, physical education teachers were charged as pollsters. By the carrying out of the research we reached the control of Kocaeli and all the central districts. Research form were printed in the number of nine hundred and ere dispersed to the schools that would carry out. Only eight hundred and twelve forms were collected back Fort the validity and reliability of the research, it was purified from the effects of maturation, testing, tool and selection
