İnşaat muhasebesi ve inşaat muhasebesinin tek düzen hesap planına uygulanması

Abstract

ÖZET Türkiye'de özellikle son yıllarda, giderek artan nüfus ve kentleşme sonucu, inşaat sektörünün büyük önem kazandığı kuşkusuzdur. İnşaat işleri ya taahhüt şeklinde resmi kuruluşlara ve kooperatiflere karşı üstlenilerek yada özel inşaat olarak yapılmaktadır. Özel inşaatlar daire, kat ve dükkan olarak satılma amacına yönelik olabileceği gibi, kişisel kullanım veya kiraya vermek amacıyla da yapılmış olabilir. İnşaat muhasebesi ve inşaat muhasebesinin tek düzen hesap planına uygulanması bakımından, inşaat muhasebesi, hesap planlan, özellik taşıyan hesapların işleyişi ve örnek monografiler, bu sektörün ekonomideki gelişme ve değişmeleri sık sık güncel konular arasında yer almaktadır. Muhasebe uygulaması ve monografiler, tekdüzen hesap planı esas alınarak mevzuattaki en son gelişmeler gözardı edilmeden inşaat faaliyetleri, ekonomik kalkınmanın önemli itici güçlerinden birisi olması nedeniyle geniş ve özel olarak değerlendirilmiştir.

It is obvious that construction sector is getting more important in Turkey because of increasing populations and urbanization especially recent years. Construction works are made in the forms of either private constrictions or underdating, i.e. official constructions and cooperatives constructions. Private constructions are made in the forms of flats, workplaces and suits for the purchasing purposes; and those also can be made for the private use and to rent. Construction accounting and application of it to the uniform accounting system, its plans, operation mechanism and sample monographs; and also changes and development of this sector in the ecenomy are among the actuel discussed matters. Accounting applications and monographs are based on single type accounting system and keeping the legal aspecst of them with the recent developments, construction works, as the one of the motivating factors of the ecenomic development are discussed in a large frame.
