Esnek imalat sistemlerinin tasarımı ve uygulamaları

Abstract

ÖZET Değişim ve gelişimin hayatımızın bir parçası olduğu günümüzde, imalat sistemi de yenilenmiştir. İmalat Sistemindeki son yeniliklerden biri de Esnek İmalat Sistemi anlayışıdır. Mikro elektronik, bilgisayar ve robot artık sık sık gündeme gelen ve üretim için vazgeçilemez kavramlar olmuştur. Esnek İmalat Sistemleri (EİS) de bunlarla oluşan bir otomasyon sistemidir. İmalat Sistemlerinin (EİS) Tasannu ve Uygulamaları" isimli bu çalışmamız altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş ve Üretim Sistemleri birinci ve ikinci bölümleri oluşturmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde EİS'nin temel yapı taşlan, kavramlar, tanım ve üretim felsefesi verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Anlatımlar genellikle şekillerle desteklenmeye özen gösterilmiştir. Araştırma konusunun "tasarım" bölümü; Kullanılan teknik araçlar: CNC, Malzeme Taşıma Sistemleri, Bilgisayar Kontrol Sistemi ve İmalata Yardımcı Olan Elemanlar dördüncü bölümde ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. Ayrıca Simülasyon ve Grup Teknolojisi de bu bölümde anlatılmıştır. Bunların neticesi olarak Esnek İmalat Hücrelerine geçiş yapılmıştır. Beşinci bölüm uygulamalara tahsis edilip; ABD, Japonya ve Türkiye uygulamaları bu bölümde incelenmiştir. GAMAK Makine A.Ş. ve UZEL Makine A.Ş.'de yapılan uygulama çalışmaları anlatılmış, uygulamada karşılaşılan problemlere işaret edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada elde edilen veri ve dokümanlar ortaya konmuştur. Altıncı bölüm ile sonuç ve değerlendirmeler verilip çalışma tamamlanmıştır.

One of the last innovation in the manufacturing systems is FMS. Now microelectronics, computers and robotics are often in the agenda and are for manufacturing necessary. FMS is automation system which include this things. My thesis "FMS Designing and Applications" is formed to six chapters.The first and the second parts are formed from the introduction and the Manufacturing Systems. İn the third part are the bases, the concepts, the definitions of FMS and the philosophy of the manufacturing. The expressions are usually supported with figures. The conception subject of the investigastions; users vehicles: CNC, MTS, Cumputer Control Systems and the assistents for the manufacturing are define detailled in the fourth part. In additon the Simulation and group technolgy are explained in this part. İn the conclusion the FMC are described. The fifth part is assigned for applications: USA, Japan and Turkey applications are examined in this part. In this chapter the applications of GAMAK Machines Co. and UZEL Machines Co. are explained, too. The problems in the applications are marked in this part. The results of third study, the data and the documents are explained in this part. İn the sixth and the last part are the results and the preciouses.
