Bankacılık sektöründe faiz oranı ve döviz kuru riski yönetimi

Abstract

İçerisinde yaşadığımız çağ, teknolojik bilimsel, ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel kavramları nasıl gerektiriyorsa sporu da aynı şekilde zorunlu kılmaktadır. Toplumları insanlar meydana getirdiğine göre; bu niteliğin toplumsal yapıya da fonksiyonel olarak yansıyacağı muhakkaktır. Spor, toplumlaşmaya olan etkisi, dış propagandaya olan etkileri, turizme olan katkısı, iç kaynaşmaya ve eğitime yapıcı tesiri ile birçok fonksiyonu aynı anda icra edebilen dikey bir hareketlilik sürecidir. O halde spora verilecek önem de ihmal edilmemelidir. Ülkemizde spora yapılan yatırımlar 1963 yılına kadar neleri gerektirip, neleri gerektirmediği belirgin olarak ortaya koyamamıştır. Daha doğrusu halka malolacak, kitle sporu haline getirecek tesis politikaları üretilememiştir. 1963 yılı, planlı kalkınmalar döneminin başlangıcıdır. Beş'er yıllık dilimler halinde uygulamaya konulan kalkınma planlarında spor, istenileni verememişse de, yine de gelinen nokta bu kalkınma planlarında spora verilen değerin ürünüdür. Erzincan İl'inde planlı kalkınma dönemlerinden önce bir stad'la başlayan tesisleşme, planlı dönemlerde daha da şekillenmiştir. Ancak bu şekillenme içerisindeyken Erzincan'da meydana gelen deprem felaketi bu süreci kesintiye uğratmıştır. Depremden sonra spor tesisi bakımından hızla toparlanan Erzincan, futbol hariç diğer spor branşlarında önemli sarsıntılar geçirmiştir. Erzincan ve yöre insanı, spora karşı belli bir düzeyde bilinçlidir. Futbolun dışındaki spor branşlarında da spor faaliyetlerinin yaygınlaştırılması teşvik edilmelidir. The century, in which we lived, makes compulsory in the same way also the sport in which how the technological, scientifical, economic, social and cultural concepts necessary. According to the societies are demonstrated by the people, it is certain that tihs quantity functionally reflects to the social structure. The sport is a vertical activity procedure which may perform a lot of functions at the same time with the positive effect to the educaiton and the inner agitatiton, the contributions for the tourism, the effects for the external propaganda and the socialization. However, the importance of the sport mustn't be neglected. The investments, which made for the sport in our country, couldn't clearly realise what they were necessory or not, until 1963. Then, it couldn't be produced the foundation policies which achieved the groups sport for the public. The year of 1963 is the beginning of the period of the planned developments. Even if the sport in the development plans beifng applied in the way of parts for five each years, couldn't give what it was wanted, once more the position is the production of the value to be given to the sport in these development plans. In the city of Erzincan, the institutianalization, which began with a stadium before the planned development periods, speaded more in the planned periods. But, when this form became, the earthquake disaster in Erzincan was interrupted this procedure. After the earthguake, Erzincan, which developed quickly from the point of wiew of the sport institution, met with great troubles in teh other sport branvhes except football. Erzincan and the people of the district are conscius in a certain level against sport. It must also be stimulated to spread the sportive activities in the sport branches exterior of football.
