Abstract

Bu araştırma, İlköğretim Okulları İş Eğitimi programının etkililiğinin değerlendirilmesi, teori ve uygulamadaki durumunun incelenmesi böylece alanla ilgili literatüre katkı sağlanması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu nedenle İş Eğitimi dersinin amaçları, program modelinin işleyişi ve uygulama örnekleri, İş Eğitiminin ülkemizdeki gelişimi ve diğer bazı ülkelerdeki durumu, mesleğe yönlendirmedeki etkisi ele alınmaktadır. İş Eğitimi öğretmenlerine uygulanan anket ile programın tüm boyutlarının ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler tablolarla yorumlanmaktadır. Çalışmada kaynak taraması ve anket yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Anket, Sakarya genelinde İlköğretim Okullarında görev yapan İş Eğitimi öğretmenlerinden yeterli örneklem alınarak uygulanmıştır. Anket uygulamaları sırasında görüşme yöntemi yoluyla İş Eğitimi öğretmenlerinin problem üzerinde düşünce, fikir ve önerileri daha geniş olarak alınmış, bulgular bölümünde değerlendirilmiştir. Okullarda branş öğretmeni sayısının yetersiz olması, veli ve idarenin dersin önemini yeterince bilmemesi, okullarda işlik sayısının ve araç-gereç donanımının yeterli olmaması, bazı konuların öğrenci seviyesine uygun olmaması, okul imkanlarıyla gerçekleştirilemeyecek ünitelerin programda yer alması, dönüşümlü programın uygulanamaması, dersin öğrencileri mesleğe yönlendirmedeki rolünün etkili olarak kullanılamaması, İş Eğitimi programı amaçlarının tamamıyla gerçekleşmesine engel olmaktadır. İlköğretim İş Eğitimi programı gözden geçirilerek, yeni düzenlemeler yapılması gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

This study is intended to study the effectiveness of art education at the primary school level. The main purpose of this contribute to the literature by describing the situation both in theory and practice. For this reason besides the goals of the Art Education Course, workings of the programme model and its application examples are studied. Not only the development and the situation of Art Education in our country and in the other countries, but also its effects in occupational oriantation are mentioned, respectively. By surveying the Art Education Teachers, all dimensions of the programme is aimed to be brought to light. The data that is archieved is being interpreted with tables. In this study source research and inquiry methods are used. The inquiry was made among the Art Education Teachers at Primary Schools in Sakarya by taking sufficient examples. During the inquiry, by using the interview method the thoughts, ideas and suggestions of Art Education Teachers are being assessed extensively. Besides the negligence of the administration and parents in considering the importance of the Art Education lesson, the lack of subject teachers and sufficient equipment and space at schools, with some unsuitable subjects for the student's level create difficulties in realising the goals of Art Education programme completely. In addition to these, the existence of unpracticable, concepts in comprasion with the school conditions, and practising an alternating and insufficient occupational attempts are some other important problems. As a result, Art Education programme at Primary Schools should be reformed and reexamined. V1U
