Abstract

Göç tarihi bir vakıa olduğu kadar da sosyal bir olgudur. İnsanların varoluşlarından bu yana gerek bireylerin gerekse toplumların hayatında önemli yeri olan göç, günümüzde de toplumların hayatım etkilemektedir. İnsanlık tarihi boyunca belirli dönemlerde hızlanıp, belirli dönemlerde yavaşlama göstermiştir. Ancak hep varolmuştur. Göç hareketlerinin öznesi birey / toplum olunca bu hareketlerin toplumların yapılarını doğrudan etkilemesi sonucunda birçok sorun ortaya çıkmıştır. En önemli sorunlardan biri yeni oluşturulan toplumun üyeleri arasında sosyal bütünleşmenin sağlanması olmaktadır. Farklı sosyo-kültürel özelliklere sahip olan topluluklar, göç sonucunda bir araya gelerek yeni bir yapı ortaya çıkarırlar. Sosyal bütünleşme düzeyinin yüksek olması, yeni oluşan toplumsal yapının da sağlam temeller üzerine oturmasını sağlamaktadır. Sosyal bütünleşme sağlanana kadar, göçü gerçekleştiren insanlar birçok sorun yaşamaktadır. Bu araştırma, Türk tarihinde görülen / yaşanan göç hareketlerini ana hatlarıyla ele aldıktan sonra, göçmenlerin yaşamış oldukları sosyal bütünleşme sorunlarını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Amaç, Türkiye 'deki göç olgusunun durumunu tespit etmek değildir. Araştırmamızın uygulama bölümünü oluşturan Karapınar Köyü, yurtiçi ve yurtdışından yapılan göçler sonucunda kurulmuş bir yerleşim birimidir. Bu nedenle göç, sosyal bütünleşme, göçmenlerin sosyal bütünleşme sorunlarını incelemek için önemli bir örnektir. Araştırma, konu ile ilgili literatür taraması ve Karapınar Köyü 'ne yönelik anket uygulaması şeklinde yapılmıştır. Uygulanan anketlerin sonuçları ile elde edilen veriler yüzdelikler halinde değerlendirilerek tablolarla gösterilmiştir. Önerilerde bulunarak çalışma tamamlanmıştır.

Migration is not a hisyorical event only, it's a social event, too. Migration history begins with the birth of human being that becomes groups and communities. In this historical line of migration crises down or up and sometimes moves slowly but never ends. Migration movements, efects the social and cultural construction of society ; though it changes the social construction compeletly and sometimes it rebuilds the society, too. The subject of migration movements are individual / community constructions that happens lots of events for changing this constructions. The most important problem is when society rebuilds community ; there'll be no connection and compeletion. After a migration ; there happens a new construction which unites different cultures, if society take a compeletly form, this will build stronger social fundementals. People who create a new community have lots of problems when they make it regular relations. This research shows us Turkish historical migration in basic ways. Aim for research is showing the problems when migration wants a new social life and social constructions, not searching the state of Turkish migration. In this research we worked in Karapınar Village. This village come into existence with outsider and insider migrations. In this reason, searched sociel relationship and community problems in Karapınar. We used the literatür searching and questionnaire ways for Karapınar. The results of questionnaires have shown percents in the pictures. Finally this research's importance is showing us the Turkish migration realites and social life come into existence and the problems of migrationers.
