Din-toplum ilişkileri bağlamında T.C Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı personeli arasında faaliyet gösteren sendikalar

Abstract

Din-Toplum ilişkilerine sosyolojik açıdan baktığımızda karşılıklı ve karmaşık bir şekilde etkileşim halinde olduğunu görürüz. Araştırmanın genel problemi, din-toplum ilişkileri bağlamında T.C Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'nda faaliyet gösteren sendikaları incelemektir. Bu sendikaların öncelikle üyeleri arasındaki faaliyet durumlarını, sonra da genel olarak muhafazakâr kesimin, müslüman kesimin ve dinin değerlerine yapılan saldırılarına karşı gelme durumlarının yansımalarını incelemektir.Bu tezin amacı ?Din-Toplum? ilişkileri bağlamında DİB'de faaliyet gösteren sendikaların faaliyetlerini birçok açıdan inceleyip kamuoyuna sunmaktır. Bu sendikaların din-toplum ilişkilerindeki faaliyetlerine yönelik olumlu ve olumsuz durumlarını açığa çıkarmaktır. Araştırmamız teorik ve uygulamalı iki ana çerçevede ele alınmıştır. Teorik çerçeve oluşturulurken, araştırma boyunca bilimsel çizgiler çerçevesinde literatür taramasına yer verilmiştir. Yazılı kaynakların taranması aşamasında yayınlanmış kitap, istatistik, süreli yayınlar, medya, internet siteleri ve araştırmalardan istifade edilmiştir. Uygulamalı çerçevede ise anket ve mülâkat tekniklerinin her ikisinden de faydalanılmış, yaptığımız değerlendirmeler tablolar halinde yorumlanarak bilim yararına sunulmuştur.Araştırmamız dört bölümden oluşmuştur: 1.Bölümde sosyolojik açıdan din ve din-toplum ilişkileri ele alınmıştır. 2.Bölümde sendikacılık ve kavramsal çerçeve üzerinde durulmuştur. 3.Bölümde ?Din-Toplum ilişkileri bağlamında Diyanette faaliyet gösteren sendikalar? çeşitli açılardan irdelenmiş özellikle de bu konuda medyada çıkan haber ve yorumlardan da faydalanılmıştır. 4.Bölümde ise alan araştırmamızın en önemli kısmını oluşturan anket bulguları yer almıştır.Çalışmamızda sonuç olarak, Diyanette faaliyet gösteren sivil toplum örgütleri olarak sendikaların din-toplum bağlamında önemli faaliyetlerde bulunduğunu görmekteyiz. Özelliklede İşçi ve memur sendikacılığından sonra din alanında bir sendikalaşmanın olması örneklem grubumuz tarafından olumlu karşılanmış ve yararlı bulunmuştur. Tespit ettiğimiz kadarıyla din alanında dünyada ilk defa ülkemizde bir sendikalaşmanın olması özellikle de muhafazakâr kesimin değerlerini gerek medyada gerekse uluslararası arenada savunması açısından çalışmamızda sosyolojik açıdan önemli sonuçlar bulunmuştur diyebiliriz. Araştırmamızın, Diyanette faaliyet gösteren sendikaların politikalarına bir katkı sağlayacağı umulmaktadır.

When we look at the relations between Religion and Society in terms of sociology, we see a complex and mutual interaction. The main aim of the work is to investigate the Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Turkey unions that deal with the Religion-Society relations. Firstly, the activities between the members of the same union are examined. Then, in general, the reactions of the conservative sector against the attacks to religious values are examined.The aim of this thesis is to investigate the activities of the Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Turkey affiliated unions in many aspects and share the results with the public. The performed activities of the unions in the context of Religion-Society connections are revealed by considering both positive and negative aspects. The research is divided into the two main frames, theoretical and practical. While forming the theoretical ground, we performed literature review throughout the whole study. The main benefited sources are books, statistics, published papers, news media and relevant web sites. The practical part of the work utilizes surveys and interviews. The concluded remarks are presented in forms of tables to the benefit of science.The study is composed of four sections. Section 1 deals with the Religion and Religion-Society relations in terms of sociological perspective. The formation of unionization and conceptual frame are the subject of the Section 2. The unions affiliated with the Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Turkey are examined in various aspects and we especially use news and discussions presented in the media. The Section 4 presents the findings of the surveys that constitute the foremost importance of the work.In conclusion, this work helps us to see the important activities that unions play in the Religion-Society connections. We observe that it is necessary and rewarding to have unions specialized in religion area after the appearance of other labor and employee unions. As far as we have found the presence of religious unions for the first time in the world is paramount importance to defend the rights of conservative section of the society both in the media and international arena. We expect that the outcome of the present work may help the guidance of the religious unions? policies.
