Abstract

Bir dilin sözvarlığını ortaya koyan kitaplara sözlük denir. Sözlüklerin ise temel birimi kelimelerdir. Bir dilin sözlüğü hazırlanırken o dili zenginleştiren gücünü artıran kelimeler dilin yazılı ürünleri üzerinden incelenmedir. Bu yazılı ürünleri oluşturan şair ve yazarların söz varlığının incelenmesi yapılacak çalışmalar için büyük önem taşır.Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar'ın romanlarının söz varlığı üzerine hazırlanan bu çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Bunlardan birincisinde Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar'ın hayatını, şahsiyetini ve eserlerini tanıtan bilgiler yer alır. İkinci bölüm kavram hakkında bilgileri, üçüncü bölüm eserde geçen kelimelerin kavramlara göre tasnifini içerir. Üçüncü bölüm ise ?Aydaki Kadın'', `'Huzur'', `' Mahur Beste'', `'Saatleri Ayarlama Enstitüsü'', `'Sahnenin Dışındakiler'' eserlerinin dizinli söz varlığını kapsar.Bu dizinde metindeki kelimelerin kaç kez tekrarlandığını ve bu kelimelerin hangi cümlelerde geçtiğini verdik. Çalışmanın sonuna da bir kelimenin hangi satırda geçtiğinin görülebilmesi maksadıyla özel olarak hazırlanmış numaralandırılmış dizin metnini koyduk.
