Bereketezade İsmail Hakkı’nın Envar-ı Kur’an tefsiri ver diğer tefsir yazıları

Abstract

Bereketzâde İsmail Hakkı son dönem Osmanlı alimlerindendir. Bu araştırma onun tanıtılması, eserlerinin ve özellikle de Tefsirle ilgili eserlerinin incelenmesine yöneliktir. Araştırmadaa)Bereketzâde'nin özellikle Tefsirle ilgili eserlerinin içeriği, müellifin tefsirde ne tür bir üslûp kullandığı, hangi kaynaklardan istifade ettiği, ne gibi yorumlarda bulunduğu;b)Bu eserlerin ve müeliifin Tefsir ilmi açısından ne anlam ifade ettiğic)sorularına cevap aranmıştır. Bu cevaplar doğrultusunda müellifin tefsirciliğiyle ilgili bir sonuca ulaşmaya gayret edilmiştir.Araştırmanın kapsamı Bereketzâde'nin bütün eserleri olmakla birlikte asıl olarak Tefsirle ilgili eserleridir. Hayatıyla ilgili araştırmalarda öncelikle kendi hatıratı ve diğer yardımcı kaynaklar kullanılmıştır. Bu konuda Yâd-ı mâzî isimli eseri temel kaynaktır. Tefsirciliğiyle ilgili araştırmalarda ise tefsirle ilgili bütün yazıları dikkate alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda Envâr-ı Kur'ân tefsiri ve Necâib-i Kur'âniyye isimli eseri araştırmanın temelini teşkil etmektedir. Tefsirciliğiyle ilgili yorum ve çıkarımlar bu iki eser baz alınarak yapılmıştır.Çalışma görünürde üç bölüme ayrılmış olsa da, muhteva bakımından Bereketzâde'nin hayatı ve tefsirciliği olmak üzere iki ana bölüme ayrılabilir. Hayatı incelenirken önce kendi hatıratı okunmuş, hayatı ile ilgili ana iskelet bu hatıratına göre şekillendirilmiştir. Hatıratında zikretmediği ancak diğer kaynaklarda kendisi hakkında geçen bazı bilgiler de hatıratıyla mukayese edilerek değerlendirilmiş ve gerekli düzeltme ve ilaveler yapılmıştır. Tefsirciliği araştırılırken öncelikle Envâr-ı Kur'an tefsiri okunmuş ve buradaki metodu dikkate alınmıştır. Sözkonusu tefsir `Ulûmu'l- Kur'ân meseleleri açısından da ele alınarak, bu konularda müellifin nasıl düşünüdüğü ve bu düşüncelerini tefsirinde nasıl uyguladığı tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tefsirin kaynakları, muhtevası, dili, üslûbu da bu aşamada değerlendirilen özelliklerdendir. Ayrıca tefsirde yer alan farklı veya önemli bulduğumuz görüşler de dile getirilmiştir. Daha sonra Necâib-i Kur'âniyye isimli eseri incelenmiş; yöntem ve içerik bakımından bazı değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Hacim genişliğinden ve gereksiz tekrardan kaçınmak amacıyla, eserde aynı konu etrafında yazılan farklı yazılar tek başlık altında değerlendirilmiştir. Tefsirciliği hakkında sözkonusu yazılardan da bazı çıkarımlarda bulunulmuştur. Bu yazılarda dile getirdiği bazı görüş ve yorumları ise ayrı başlıklar halinde ortaya konulmuştur.Tezin sonunda Bereketzâde'nin son dönem Osmanlı yazın hayatında önemli bir müellif olduğu, bir çok farklı alanda önemli eserler verdiği görülmüştür. Tefsir alanında yazdığı eserler de ilim çevrelerinde ve kamuoyunda rağbet görrmüş eserlerdir. Ancak çok orijinal ve tefsirde yeni bir çığır açabilecek nitelikte eserler değillerdir. Envâr-ı Kur'an tefsirinin tamamlanmamış bir tefsir olması eser açısından önemli bir eksikliktir. Bereketzâde Ismail Hakkı is one of the last scholars of the Ottoman. The purpose of this study is that to introduce him and also to examine his written works, particularly, the ones regarding the Tafseer (interpretation of the Qur?an). In this paper:a)Written works of Bereketzâde, particularly, regarding the content of Tafseer, which genre the author has used, what sources he has used, what kind of comments he has made;b)Significance of these written works as well as the importance of the author for the Tafseer science.The answers to the above questions have been researched. At the direction of the answers, it was tried that to come to a result regarding the author?s tafseer.Although, scope of this research covers all the written work of Berektzade, it mainly focuses on his work which based on Tafseer. Primarily, his recollection and also other relevant sources have been used in the researches related to his life. In this field, his work of Yad-ı mâzi is the main source. Whereas, in the research of his tafseer, all of his works have been taken into consideration. At this coherence, Tafseer of Envar-ı Kur?an and Necâib-i Kur?aniyye are the written works which form the basis of this research. Some inferences and comments on his tafseer, have been made by refering to these two written works.Even though, it might seem that this study is formed by three parts, in terms of content of this study, it can be divided into two main parts including the life of Bereketzâde and his tafseer. His recollection was used when analysing his life, the main frame regarding his life, has been shaped according to his recollection. Some information that he has not mentioned in his recollectoin but some other sources have mentioned about himself, have been examined by comparing with his recollection and some corrections were made and some information was added when needed. During researching his tafseer, Tafseer of Envâr-ı Kur?an was used and his method was taken into consideration. The tafseer book was examined from Qur?an Sciences point of view by considering its subjects , and also it was tried to find out that how the author has thought about those subjects and how he has used those thoughts in his tafseer. The sources of the tafseer, its contents, its language, also its genre are some points that are examined at this stage. Also, some other thoughts in the tafseer that are considered to be important, have been pointed out. After that, his work, named Necâib-i Kur?aniyye was examined; some consideration was made in terms of its method and its contents. Due to its wide scope and to avoid from unnecessary repeating, different articles about the same topic were mentioned under one head. Some inferences were made about his tafseer in these articles.Some opinions and comments that he has pointed out in these articles, were mentioned under the different heads.At the end of this paper work, it can be seen that Bereketzâde was an important author in the Ottaman literature. And he has contributed with some crucial written works to different fields of studies. His work regarding the tafseer was in great demand among the tafseer scientists and also the public. However, his works are not too different from the others also it does not have the right qualities to mark the beginning of an era in the tafseer science. Envar-ı Kur?an is an incomplete piece of work therefore has a negative reputation as a tafseer book.
