Öğretmenlerin internet kullanma becerileri ve internet’e yönelik tutumları

Abstract

Bu çalısmanın problemi, Öğretmenlerin ?nternet'i kullanma becerilerinin ve?nternet'e yönelik olan tutumlarının incelenmesinin gerekliliğidir. Arastırmanınamacı ise, öğretmenlerin ?nternet'i kullanma becerileri ve ?nternet'e yönelik olantutumlarını belirlenmesini sağlayacak ölçme araçlarını gelistirmek ve öğretmenlerindurumlarını ortaya koymaktır.Çalısma, yazın taramasının yapılması, öğretmenlere yönelik ?nternet Kullanımölçeğinin olusturulması, geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik çalısmasının yapılması, ölçeğinöğretmenlere uygulanması ve toplanan verilerin analiz edilerek yorumlanmasıseklinde sürdürülmüstür. Bulgulara dayalı olarak arastırmanın sonuçları belirtilmisve öneriler gelistirilmistir.Arastırma sonucunda genç öğretmenlerin daha ileriki yastaki öğretmenlere göre?nternet kullanma becerilerinin daha yüksek olduğu, ?nternet kullanmaya baslamayılı yükseldikçe kullanım düzeyinin de arttığı, ?nternet kullanma sıklığı arttıkça?nternet'ten yararlanma ve ?nternet'e yönelik tutumun da arttığı görülmüstür.Bilgisayar ve ?nternet eğitimi alan öğretmenlerin ?nternet'ten yararlanma düzeyleridaha yüksek ve ?nternet'e yönelik tutumları daha olumludur. Öğretmenlerin yabancıdil bilme durumuna göre ?nternet'i kullanma becerileri ve ?nternet'e yöneliktutumlarında herhangi bir farklılasma görülmediği tespit edilmistir.

This study? problem is to determine teachers? abilities of Internet usage and theirapproaches towards Internet. Teachers? approaches toward Internet should be takenconsideration in order to use Internet effectively. Therefore, This study?s aims canbe defined as below:What are the teacher?s aims to use Internet? What are the teachers? levels ofknowledge that related to use Internet? Which approaches have the teachers got?The study has been continued in the manner of scanning the literature, formingInternet Usage Criterions for teachers, making the study of validity and reliability,operating the criterions on the teachers and commenting by analyzing the gaineddata. The results of the research depending on the diagnosis have beeen marked andthe suggestions have been improved.At the end of the research, It has been observed that the young teachers? Internetusage ability are higher than the elder teachers, that levels of usage has increasedwhen the beginning year of using Internet ascends, that benefits from Internet andattitude towards Internet has increased when the frequency of usage ?nternetascends. The teachers who are trained on Computer and Internet increase benefitfrom Internet and they have more positive attitudes towards Internet. It has beenobserved that there have been any changes on the Internet usage skills and theattitudes towards it according to knowing a foreign language.
