Medrese eğitiminden modern eğitime geçişte halka yöneliş

Abstract

Bu tezde, Osmanlı Devleti'nde medrese eğitiminden modern eğitime geçisteyapılan yenilikler ve düzenlemeler ele alınmıstır. Modern anlamda eğitimalanındaki çalısmaların cumhuriyet dönemine etkileri, halkın eğitimi hususundakirolü incelenmistir.Osmanlı Devleti'nin her alanda modernlesme çabasının en önemli ayağınıilköğretim alanındaki yenilik çalısmaları olusturur. Bu dönemde yapılan reformlar,Türkiye cumhuriyeti döneminde de devam etmistir. Halkın eğitimi sorunu elealınmıs, eğitim alanında, sosyal hayatın düzenlenmesinde birçok reformyapılmıstır.Türkiye Cumhuriyeti devleti'nin hedefleri arasında buluna, ?muasır medeniyetseviyesine ulasma? hedefi doğrultusunda, sehirlisi ve köylüsü ülkeninkalkındırılması için el ele vermistir.Ekonomik anlamda ülkenin kalkınması için köylünün üretime katılmasısağlanmıstır. Köylünün eğitim seviyesinin yükseltilmesi için halka hizmet edecek?Halk Evleri? kurulmustur.Yapılan bu çalısmada, reformların gerçeklesmesinde halka yönelmenin etkileriortaya konulmaya çalısılmıs, bu etkilerin ülkenin ilerlemesine katkıları elealınmıstır.

In Ottomon Empire, on passing from medrese education to modern education, a lotof changes and newness were done. In this thesis, these changes and weresearched. The studies which are connection with education, as modern and itseffects to Republic Term and the role of folk?s education were searched, too.The newnessesin primary education area are the most important study to bemodern in Ottoman Empire. The reforms in this term which continue in TurkishRepublic Term. The education of folk was searched and a lot of too reforms weredone in cultural, education area and in ordering of life.One of aims of Turkish Republic is toy oin forces with peasants and citizens formaking process of country, their aim sentence is ?to reach Modern CivilizationLevel?It is provided that peasant joined to production forbeing of country in ekonomicalarea. For this aim, folk houses were fonuded which will service to folk for increasing the education level of folk.At done is studies, it is arised to be effects of tending to folk when reform is realised and the adding of the effects. Were dealed withon processing of country.
