OHSAS 18001 iş sağlığı ve güvenlik yönetim sistemi

Abstract

Çalışma hayatının sağlıklı bir şekilde işleyebilmesi için iş sağlığı ve güvenliğianlayışının benimsenmesi gereklidir. Hem işverenlerin hem de işçilerin çalışmahayatından beklentilerine ulaşabilmesi için bu anlayışın benimsenmesi ve sürekli birşekilde de işliyor olması önemli bir husustur.Bunun sağlanabilmesi için geliştirilen OHSAS 18001 iş sağlığı ve iş güvenliği yönetimsisteminin mevcudiyetinin çalışma şartları üzerine etkileri, sonuçları ve nasıl teminedileceği, bu çalışmanın ana araştırma konusudur.Bu çerçevede çalışma içerisine dahil edilen uygulama örnekleri ile OHSAS 18001standardının varlığının getirileri üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu belgenin varlığının çalışmaortamındaki riskleri azaltacağı gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır. Özellikle AGDAŞ örneği ilesürecin işleyişi gösterilerek bu sistemin etki ve faydalarının gösterilmesi amaçlanmıştır.OHSAS 18001 iş sağlığı ve iş güvenliği yönetim sistemin varolmadığı durumlardakarşılaşılan sorular da aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler:İş Sağlığı, İş Güvenliği, OHSAS 18001.

In order to have a regular Working life the occupational health and safety managementsystem should be adopted. It is important that both employer and employees adopt thismentality and apply it continuously to reach their expectations in occupational life.The OHSAS 18001 which has developed to provide this, the effects and results ofoccupational health and safety management system on the occupational conditions andthe way how to provide it, is the main topic of this work.In this case, it is mentioned about the OHSAS 18001 standart?s existed profits whichhas added up in the project with it?s examples. It was tried to show with the existenceof this document that the risks in the occupational area which will decrease. Especiallywith AGDAŞ example the treatment of the process has shown, by doing this, it is amaidto show the effecs and profıts of the system.
