İlköğretim ve ortaöğretim öğretmenlerinin iş tatminleri karşılatırılaması: Bayrampaşa örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışma da bizim amacımız ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim okullarında çalışanöğretmenlerin iş tatmin seviyesini belirlemektir. Bu nedenler için, cinsiyetin, medenidurumun, yaşın, çalışma deneyimlerinin, mesleğinin kendi seçimi olup olmadığının veaylık net gelir etkilerinin çalışma memnuniyetlerinin seviyesini nasıl etkilediğiaraştırılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenler ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim okullarındaçalışmaktadır. Bu araştırma 4 kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Birinci kısımda, araştırmanınkonusuyla ilgili bir önsöz verildi. İkinci kısımda, konuyla ilgili teorik açıklama yapıldı.Üçüncü kısımda, izlenen ve bulunan metodlar ve teknikler verildi. Dördüncü kısımdasonuç ve öneriler belirtildi. Bu araştırma için iki kısımlı bir ölçek oluşturuldu:Minnesota Tatmin Formu ve Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanıldı ve Bayrampaşa ilçesinde150 öğretmen araştırmaya katıldı. İstatiksel analiz araştırmaları için SPSS programıkullanıldı ve farklı gruplar arasındaki anlamları belirlemek için varyans analizleriuygulandı. Ayrıca bu araştırmada konunun teorik temellerinde iş tatmini üzerinearaştırmalar yapıldı. Konu hakkında içerikler, iş memnuniyetliği vememnuniyetsizliğinin etkileri verildi.Bu araştırmada, öğretmenlerin memnuniyet derecelerini belirlemek için girişimdebulunuldu, öğretmenlerin sosyal ilişkilerinde ve iş tatminlerinde kendilerini nasılmemnuniyetsiz hissettikleri belirlendi. Araştırmanın diğer bir amacı, yöneticilerinmemurları için daha rahat çalışma koşulları hazırlayabilmeleri ve çalışanlarının amaç vedeğerlerini anlamaları ve de çalışanlarını yüksek derecede motive edebilmek için onlarabazı bilgiler sunmaktadır.Anahtar kelimeler: İş tatmini, ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim, memnuniyet, öğretmen

In this reseach, our purpose is to determine the level of job satisfaction of the teachers workingat primary schools and secondary schools controlled by National Education Ministry. Fort hisreason, how the variables as sex, marital status, age, working experience, whether the jobchosen on self decision or not and monthly net income affect the level of occupationalsatisfaction of these teachers working at primary and secondary schools is searched. The searchcomprises 4 parts. In the first part, aforeword is given on the subject of the reseach. In the part,the nature of the problem is explained. In the second part, the theoreticel explanation of thesubject is stated. In the third part, thesis studies, the methods and techniques which werefollowed and findings are given. In the fourth part, results, and suggestions are stated. For thisreseach a scale composed of two parts, namely Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire andPersonal Information Form, was used and 150 teachers from Bayrampaşa district participatedthe reseach. In the statistical analysis of the reseach, SPSS program was used and fordetermining the meaningful differences between binary groups, t-test; for multiple groups,varience analysis was applied. Besides that, in the reseach, theoretical basis of subject,reseaches made on occupational satisfaction, concepts about the subject, the effects of jobsatisfaction or dissatisfaction and motivational theories are also given.In this reseach, it was attempted to determine the amount of satisfaction that the teachers getfrom the schools tehy work at; from what they feel dissatisfaction; the reletion between theirsocial identies and occupational satisfaction. Another aim of the research is that, by consideringthe results reached, educational directors can prepare more convenient working medium fortheir staff and maket hem understand the aims and values of the instituons they work for, andmaket hem highly motivated and therefore having a beter performance.Key words: Job satisfaction, primary and secondary school, satisfaction, teachers
