Sakarya ilinde görev yapan fen bilgisi öğretmenlerinin performans denetimine ilişkin algı ve beklentileri

Abstract

Bilimsel nitelikli bu arastırmada; Sakarya ilinde görev yapan Fen Bilgisi/Fen veTeknoloji öğretmenlerinin performans değerlendirmeye iliskin algı ve beklentileribelirlenmeye çalısılmıstır.Bu çalısma ile;a- Performans değerlendirmeye katılanların bilissel yeterliliklerine vetarafsızlıklarına,b- Performans değerlendirmesin de kimlerin bilgisine bas vurulması gerektiğinec- Performans değerlendirmesin de bilgisine basvurulacak kisilerindeğerlendirmeyi ne ölçüde etki etmesi gerektiğine iliskin Fen Bilgisi(Fen veTeknoloji) öğretmenlerinin algı ve beklentileri arastırılmıstır.Arastırma III bölümden olusmustur. I. Bölümde arastırmanın materyali ve yöntemele alınmıstır. II. Bölümde kuramsal bilgilere yer verilmistir. III. Bölümde isearastırma sonucunda elde edilen veriler yorumlanmıs, sonuç ve önerilerbelirtilmistir. Arastırmada, Sakarya ?li Adapazarı Merkez ?lçesi ve Sapanca?lçesinde bulunan 50 ?lköğretim Okulunda görev yapan, 80 Fen ve Teknoloji(FenBilgisi) Öğretmenlerine IV Bölümden olusan anket uygulanmıstır.

It has been tried to identify the sensations and expectations of science; sensations andexpectations of Science/ Science and Technology teachers (that) work in Sakarya inthis scientific qualified research..The sensations and expectations of Science/ Science and Technology teachers havebeen searched according to;a- To the cognitive qualification and neutrality of the people who participated tothis performance evaluation,b- To whose knowledge we will apply to in this performance evaluation,c- Science and technology teachers' perceptions and hopes about participants thathow their knowledge will effect the performance evalution have beenresearched .The survey has three parts.In first part, the material and method has beenresearched. In second part, theorical information has been researched. At last partthe information ( we had in this survey) has been commented on; results andsuggestions have been made clear. We have carried out this four part survey in thisstudy in Sakarya, Centre of Adapazarı and Sapanca to 80 science and technologyteacher from different 50 primary education schools.
