Düşük enflasyon ortamında işletme yönetimi

Abstract

Bir ekonominin saglıklı bir yapıda varlıgını sürdürebilmesi için, fiyatların istikrarlı birekonomik ortamda olusması gerekmektedir. Bu açıdan bakıldıgında enflasyon,ekonominin en önemli belirleyicisi olan fiyat düzeyi olusumunu olumsuz etkilemekteve bunun sonucunda olusan istikrarsızlıkta piyasa oyuncularının rasyonel hareketedememesine yol açmaktadır. Enflasyon sayesinde piyasa oyuncularıöngöremedigi bir çok olumsuz sonuçlarla karsılasabilmekte ve hem ekonomikhayatta hem de sosyal hayatta birçok olumsuz etkisi görülmektedir.Ancak en önemli tahribatlardan birini de isletmeler görmektedir. Sürdürülen IMFdestekli ekonomik program sayesinde düsüs trendine giren enflasyon ortamındaisletmeler alısık olmadıkları durumlarla karsılasmaktadır. Bu yeni döneme uyumsaglama basarısı ve süresi isletmelerin hem büyüme hem de varlıgınısürdürebilmesi açısından çok önemlidir.Bu çalısmada 1. Bölümde enflasyon kavramı teorik olarak incelenmis, enflasyonçesitleri, nedenleri ve etkileri anlatılmıstır. Enflasyon kuramlarına deginilmis ve bukonudaki farklı okulların görüslerine yer verilmistir.II. Bölümde Türkiye'de enflasyon konusu incelenmis ve tarihsel süreç ile beraber,Türkiye' de enflasyonu açıklamaya yönelik çalısmalar ve bunların bulgularıanlatılmıstır.III.Bölümde enflasyon ve isletme konusu incelenmistir. sletmenin fonksiyonlarıüzerinde enflasyonun etkileri arastırılmıs ve düsük enflasyonda isletmelerinkarsılastıgı sorunlar ve sorunların giderilmesine yönelik önlemler incelenmistir.Çalısmada düsük enflasyon ortamının isletmelere getirdikleri, isletmelerin yasadıgısorunlar ve bunlara çözüm önerileri ortaya konmustur. Yüksek enflasyonludönemde, düsük enflasyonlu dönem arasındaki farklılıklar ve isletmelerindavranıslarındaki degisimler incelenmistir. Son olarak isletmelerin yeni dönemdeisletme yönetimi ele alınmıs, yeni dönemde isletmelerin amaçlarınıgerçeklestirebilmeleri için ele almaları gereken konular ve bunların uygulanmasıanlatılmıstır.Anahtar kelimeler: Enflasyon, Düsük enflasyon, Yönetim

The prices must be occured in a stability field for a healthy economy and to becontinuous. In this point of view, the most important determiner of the economy is theinflation and it influences the level of the price in a negative position and at the end ofthis result happening an instability, this causes the market player irrational moving.Under the auspices of inflation the market players meeting several negative resultswhich they can not estimate and Both social life and economical life several negativeeffects have been happening.Only one of the most important destruction is seen by administrations. In order to theIMF support economical program going reducing inflation field the administrationsmeeting unaccustomed positions. In this new period of adaptation success and itsduration is extremely important both theirs developping and to supply their existence.In this study, in the 1st chapter inflation concept was theoretical examined, types ofinflations, their causes and their effects were explained. Inflation theories wereexamined and on this point the different educations were examined.In the 2nd chapter, The subject of the inflation in Turkey was examined and with itshistorical period, the studies and findings were told to explain inflation in Turkey.In the 3rd chapter, inflation and administration subject were examined. If weresearched the effects of inflation on the functions of the administration and in the lowinflation the problems which the administrations met and the measures to removethese problems were examined.In this study, the profits supplied by low inflation to the administrations, the problemsof the administrations and solution of these problems were exposed. In the period ofhigh inflation, the differences between the period of low inflation period and thechanges of the administrations behaviours were examined. In the last, in the newperiod the business administration of the administrations were examined, in the newperiod of time to realize the aims of the administrations the subjects to be consideredand their applications were explained.Keywords: nflation, Low nflation, Managament
