Abstract

Günümüz sosyoloji literatürünün içinde geçen ve zaman zaman basının dilinden düsmeyenasiretlesme olgusuna ilgi, son yıllarda önemini artırdı ve asiretlesmeyi konu alan oldukça genis birarastırma egilimi gelisti. Çünkü asiretlesme olgusu Türkiye ölçeginde Dogu Anadolu bölgesindeönemli sayıda insanı ilgilendirmekte, ulus devlete giden yolun önüne set çektigi düsünülmekte vebu baglamda çesitli problemlere kaynaklık etmektedir. Son dönemde asiret sistemi, tartısılan;fakat üzerinde konsensusa varılamayan sorunlu alanlar arasında en ayrıcalıklı yere sahneolmustur.Asiret ve kabile gibi ülkemizin belirli yörelerinde yerlesim, idari ve siyasi kimlikleri bulunanbirimler ( zümreler ) henüz hepimizin ittifak edebilecegi bir tarzda açıklanmıs sayılmazlar. Buanlamda arastırma süreci boyunca asiretlesme ve kabilelesme gibi statülü hukuk ve gelenegedayalı cemaat yapısının yeni arastırma metod ve teknikleriyle gün ısıgına kavusturulmasıamaçlanmıstır.Niteliksel arastırma olarak planlanan çalısmada, bilgiler, sınırlı sayıda kisi ile derinlemesine yapılangörüsmeler ve dogal ortamlarında grup sohbetleriyle elde edilmeye çalısılmıs, görüsülecek kisilertesadüfi örnekleme kurallarına göre degil, amaca yönelik biçimde belirlenmistir. Görüsme yapılankisilere daha çok kültürel kodları açıga çıkarmaya yönelik sorular sorulmustur. Kullanılangörüsme cetveli tekniginin yanı sıra, 38 sorudan olusan anket teknigi de kullanılmıstır. Anketlerevren içerisinden belli kotalar çerçevesinde seçilen 350 kisi üzerinde uygulanmıstır.Arastırma sonucunda hipotezlerin dogrulanmıs oldugu karsımıza çıkmaktadır. Buna göre;asiretlerin dünya görüsü, kültürel dokuları, inanç ve degerler sistemleriyle düzenlenmis, toplumsaliliskiler düzeni vardır. Asiret olgusu, kimlik olusumu, dayanısma, birliktelik ve cemaatlesme gibiönemli kültürel ve toplumsal motifleri temsil etmektedir.A n a h t a r k e l im e l e r : asiret, kimlik, milletlesme süreci, asiret kültürü.

The interest to tribelity event which pass in sociology literature and don?t fell from newspaperslanguage from time to time, in resent years it rised it?s importante and develope a wideresearch which take tribelity. Because tribelity event around Turkey interest many importantpeople, nation dam to way which is going to goverment and in this context make ebulition tomany problem. In the last period tribelity which is discussed ;but it took the most preferentialplace between a mount problems that had not been reached on aggreement. Tribelity aimed to low and buildig of congregation new research method whichleanig against to tradition and meet whith technical to sun rays.In a stuyding plan as a qualty research, information was tried to get making interview withlimited person and with group talking in their natural circumtance not according tocoincidentally example rules, assing to aim. With making interview people it used cultural codesquestions. By using interview ruler side it was used to technical of public survey which have 38questions. The puplic survey was applied in around obvious quota on by chance a hundredperson side in universe.In final of resarch it came accross us with confirm hypotez. According to it there istribesdictum of world, cultural tissues, system of beliefs and valvues and society relative order.The tribe phenomenon represent important cultural and social motifs as identity solidarityassociation and religions commnity. Knowing individual wiht tribe, dam mentally in front ofnationality process, in as much as feeling cousciousness commnity of individual nomely systemof identity can?t wipe.
