Bu çalışmanın amacı tükenmişliğin örgütsel adalet üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Bu amaçla, 2014 yılında Sakarya Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumunda çalışan 207 kişi üzerinde anket uygulanmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği (Maslach Burnout Inventory- MBI) ve Niehoff ve Moorman (1993) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan "Örgütsel Adalet Ölçeği" ölçeğinin yanı sıra demografik değişkenler kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan tükenmişlik ve örgütsel adalet ölçeklerler ilgili güvenirlilik analizi yapılmıştır. Demografik değişkenlerle tükenmişlik ve örgütsel adalet arasındaki hipotez sınamalarının tespitinde bağımsız örneklemler için t testi (İndependent Samples T Test), varyans analizi (One-Way ANOVA testi), Kruskal Wallis ve Mann Whitney U Testi kullanılmıştır. Tükenmişliğin örgütsel adalet üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amacıyla kolerasyon ve regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre; tükenmişlik ile yaş, eğitim, unvan, görev yapılan birim, mesleki kıdem, görev yapılan birim (servis) ve ücret değişkeleri arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Ancak tükenmişlik ile cinsiyet ve medeni durum değişkeni arasından istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilememiştir. Yine, analiz sonuçlarına göre; örgütsel adalet ile yaş, medeni durum, unvan, görev yapılan birim, mesleki kıdem, görev yapılan birim (servis) ve ücret değişkeleri arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Ancak örgütsel adalet ile cinsiyet ve eğitim değişkeni arasından istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilememiştir. Tükenmişlik ile örgütsel adalet arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı negatif yönlü doğrusal bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Duygusal tükenmenin örgütsel adaletin üç alt boyutu üzerinde; duyarsızlaşmanın prosedürel adalet ve etkileşimsel adalet boyutları üzerinde anlamlı ve negatif bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ancak düşük kişisel başarı hissinin örgütsel adaletin alt boyutları üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this study to evaluate the effect of burnout on the organizational justic. For this purpose it was implemented a survey on 207 employees who work at Sakarya Social Security Institution in 2014. In collecting data Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) scale which was developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993) were used as well as demographic variables. Reliability analyses, dealing with the scales of burnout and organizational justic scales used in this study were conducted. For ındependent demographic variables in determination of hupotestis testing (Independent Sample T-test), analyisis of Variance(one-way ANOVA test),Kuruskal and Mann-Witney u-test were used Correlation and regression analyses were used in order to determine the effect of burnout on the organizational justic. According to the results of the analyisis, statistically difference was seen between the burnout and age, educational qualification task services Professional seniority and sallary However it couldn't be objected a statistically difference between the burn out it ans and gender or Nartial status. On the other hand according to the results of the analysis, a statistically differences have been identified task variables between the organizational justic and age, martial status, job tite solary and occupational seniority. But a significant statistically difference has been seen between variable organizational justic and gender or educational aspects. A linear negative-way relationship has been determined between burnout and organizational justic. Emotional exhaustion showed a negative effect on the three low sizes of organizational justic. It has been determined that being insensetive demensions has negative affect on just procedural justic and interactional justic. But low feeling of persons succes has meaningful effect on low demensions of organizational justic.
