Berrhard Schlink’in Okuyucu adlı eserinde toplumsal değerlerin incelenmesi

Abstract

On dokuzuncu Yüzyıl Avrupası'na damga vuran önemli gelişmelerden biri de ulusallaşma sürecidir. Avrupa da birçok ülke gelişme döneminde payını alırken Almanlar bu durumdan mahrum kalmışlarıdır. Bu durumdan kurtulmak isteyen Alman toplumu Nasyonal Sosyalist rejimi iktidar etmişlerdir. Bu dönemde Almanların ulusallaşması zirve noktaya ulaşmıştır. Bununla birlikte çıkarları doğrultusunda hareket eden iktidar dönemi kanlı dönmelerden biridir. Dünya tarihini temellerinden etkileyen bir dönemdir. Alman toplumunda yükselişe geçen milliyetçilik akımı onlara "ari ırk" kavramını hatırlatmıştır. Bu düşünce toplumun ana düşüncesi haline gelmiştir. Bu düşünceden uzak olanlar toplum tarafından dışlanmışlardır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde yukarıda sözü edilen dönem ikinci dünya savaşı ve sonrası alman toplumu ve psikolojisi üzerine inceleme yapılacaktır. Özellikle savaş ve sonrası Alman toplumunun durumu ele alınacaktır. Tezin ikinci ve üçüncü bölümünde ise, İkinci Dünya Savaşı Sonrası Edebiyat ve Bernhard Schlink'in hayatı ele alınmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümünde ise İkinci Dünya Savaşı ve devamında gelen süreç içerisinde Bernhard Schlink'in "Okuyucu" adlı eserinde Alman toplumunun ve Alman toplumunda yaşayan bireyler üzerinden yola çıkarak toplum psikolojisinin ele alınmasıdır. Bu durum ele alınırken gerek bireyin toplum içerisindeki yaşam şekli gerekse toplumun bireye bakış açısından yola çıkılarak toplum ve bireyin psikolojik durumu ele alınmıştır. Burada toplum ve birey açısından yaşananları empati kurarak ve yorumlayarak psikolojik durumu anlamaya çalışmaktır. Üçüncü bölümde roman incelemesi, daha çok bireyin ve toplumun birbirleriyle olan etkileşimleri sonucunda ortaya çıkan psikolojik durum ele alınmıştır. Michael Berg ve Hanna Schmitz'in savaşta ve sonrasında yaşadıkları ve bu iki bireyin yakın ilişkileri üzerinden yola çıkarak farklı psikoloji ve düşünce tarzları yorumlanarak bunun yansımaları ve psikolojisi ele alınmıştır. Romanda geçmişle hesaplaşma, bireyin kendisi ile hesaplaşması, toplumun kendisi ile hesaplaşması gözlemlenmektedir. Sonuç olarak Bernhard Schlink'in "Okuyucu" adlı eserinde bireylerin ve toplumun birbirleriyle olan psikolojik etkileşimleri yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Özellikle savaş sonrası ağır yenilgi alan Alman toplumunun kendisi ile yüzleşmesindeki psikolojik durumun bireylere olan etkisi romandaki karakterler üzerinden yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bir toplumun bireylerden oluştuğunu ve bununlar birlikte toplumun psikolojisini bireylerin oluşturduğu veya toplumda hakim olan düşüncelerin bireye olan psikolojik yansımalarını görmekteyiz.

In 19th century of Europe one of the most marking development is the term of nationalizations. In Europe so many countries while taking their part but the Germans go without this state. The German nation wanted to leave from this situation they consider to national socialist regime as rulership. In this term nationalization of Germans have reached to top. However this is the most one of the bloodiest timeline of the regime who want their own claim. A timeline have an effect to foundation of the world history. When the Nationalist power start to rise among the German nation that made them remind the understanding of 'pure race'. This idea became main idea for society. And the ones who stay away from this idea are excluded from the society. In first part of the work there will be an examination to timeline the above-mentioned the world war two and after the German society and their psychology. Especially review the situation of the German nation during the war and after the war. In the second and third part of the thesis, the life of the post-World War II literature and the life of Bernhard Schlink. In the third part, will review to world war two and the timeline after in Bernard Schlink's work name reader the German nation and psychology of every person in German society. Life style of a person in society and the other hand the behaviour of society against to person and this society and the persons psychology has reviewed. In this try to understand society and persons perspective with empathy and comment. In the third part review of novel, rather, the psychological situation emerged as a result of the interactions between the person and the society. The things that Michael Berg and Hanna Schmitz have lived in war and after war that follows to their close relations with different psychological and thinking abilities interpreted this reflection and psychology discussed. In novel observed of confrontation with past, confrontation of a persons himself, confrontation of society himself. As a result in Bernard Schlinks reader tried to discussed to psychological interactions of the persons and the society. Especially the heavy defeat after the war the German nations facing themselves by The Psychological situation to effect on the persons try to render over the novels characters. As we see a nation are formed with persons and however The persons that made the societies psychology or the ideas that rule over the nation of the psychological reflections to the person.
