Bu eksikliklerden birini doldurmak amacıyla yazılmış olanÖZBİLİCİ, Türkçe doğal dil ara yüzüne sahip genel bir programdır. Amacımız,akıllı programlar geliştirmektir. Bu amaçla bilgi anlamayı simule eden modelgeliştirilmiştir. Bu modelin anlayabilen, öğrenebilen, mantık kurabilen, sorularacevap verebilen, matematiksel işlem yapabilen bir yapıda olduğu gösterilmiştir.
