Processing and phase evolution in low voltage varistor prepared by chemical processing

Abstract

A new chemical process has been developed to form a low voltage varistor. The chemistry of process has been analysed and used to produce particles consisting of an intimate mix of ZnO, Zn2TiO4 and beta -Bi2O3 phases.
