Osman Necâtî Efendi'nin Tefsîr-i Necâtî adlı eserinde tasavvuf kavramları (Nebe ve Nâziât sûreleri) = The concepts of sufism in Osman Necâtî Efendi's work named Tefsîr-i Necâtî (Surah al-Naba and Surah an-Naziat)

Abstract

Osmanlı Devleti'nin son dönemlerinde yaşamış bir tefsir ve hadis âlimi olan Osman Necâtî Efendi (ö. 1293/1876)'nin Tefsîr-i Necâtî adlı eseri Osmanlı Dönemi Matbu Türkçe Tefsirleri arasında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Literatürde dirâyet tefsirleri kategorisinde yer alan eser tasavvufî tefsir özelliğiyle ön plana çıkmaktadır. Tasavvufî kavramlara dair açıklamalar, işârî yorumlar ve sûfî şahsiyetlere dair menkıbeler içeren eser toplam 427 sayfadan oluşmaktadır. Tefsîr-i Necâtî eserinin 1-102 sayfaları arasında yer alan Nebe ve Nâziât Sûreleri'ndeki tasavvufî kavramların incelenmesi çalışmamızın konusunu teşkil etmektedir. Üç bölümden oluşan çalışmamızın ilk bölümünde Osman Necâtî Efendi'nin hayatı, ilmî kişiliği, hocaları ve eserleri incelenmektedir. Literatür taraması ve kavram analizi yöntemiyle hazırlanan bu bölümde eserin tasavvufî yönünü ortaya koymak amacıyla eserin tamamında yer alan sûrelerin fihristi, sûfî şahsiyetlerin listesi ve kavramsal içeriği tablo şeklinde sunulmuştur. İkinci bölüm ise Nebe ve Nâziât Sûreleri'nde en çok zikredilen tasavvufî kavramların değerlendirilmesini ihtivâ etmektedir. Kavramların içeriksel analizinde kavramın genel anlamına kısaca değinilmiş ardından müellifin görüşleri, eserde yer alan beyitler, darb-ı meseller, işârî yorumlar aktarılmıştır. Nebe ve Nâziât Sûreleri'nin transliterasyonunun yapıldığı üçüncü bölümde metnin anlaşılmasını kolaylaştırmak amacıyla âyetlerin Türkçe mealleri eklenmiş ve imlâ düzenlemeleri yapılarak eser istifadeye uygun hale getirilmiştir. Bu çalışma Osman Necâtî Efendi'nin tasavvufî meseleleri derinlikli bir bakış açısıyla ele aldığı ve insanın mânevî yolculuğunda rehber niteliği taşıyan Tefsîr-i Necâtî adlı eserini gün yüzüne çıkararak tasavvufî tefsir literatürüne katkı sağlamayı hedeflemektedir.

Osman Necâtî Efendi (d. 1293/1876), who lived during the late period of the Ottoman Empire, was a scholar of tafsir (exegesis) and hadith. His work, Tefsîr-i Necâtî, holds an important place among the printed Turkish Tafsirs of the Ottoman period. Classified in the literature as a work of ijtihad tafsir, it is distinguished by its Sufi interpretation characteristics. The work contains explanations of Sufi concepts, Sufi interpretations and anecdotes about Sufi personalities, consisting of a total of 427 pages. The examination of Sufi concepts found in Surah Al-Naba and Surah Al-Nazi'at, which spans pages 1 to 102 of Tefsîr-i Necâtî, constitutes the subject of our study. In the first section of our three-part study, the life, scholarly personality, teachers, and works of Osman Necâtî Efendi are examined. This section, prepared using literature review and conceptual analysis methods, presents a table of the index of the surahs included in the entire work, a list of Sufi personalities, and the conceptual content, with the aim of revealing the mystical aspect of the work. The second section evaluates the Sufi concepts most frequently mentioned in Surah Al-Naba and Surah Al-Nazi'at. In the content analysis of the concepts, a brief mention is made of the general meaning of the terms, followed by the author's views, verses from the work, proverbs, and Sufi interpretations. The third section, which contains the transliteration of Surah Al-Naba and Surah Al-Nazi'at, includes Turkish translations of the verses to facilitate understanding of the text and makes spelling adjustments to ensure the work is suitable for use. This study aims to contribute to the literature of Sufi tafsir by shedding light on Osman Necâtî Efendi's work Tefsîr-i Necâtî, which addresses Sufi issues from a profound perspective and serves as a guide in the spiritual journey of individuals.
