Güncel Tefsir Problemleri Açısından M. Zeki Duman'ın Beyânu'l-Hak Tefsiri = A Research On M. Zeki Duman's Tafsir Book Titled Beyânu'l-Hak From The Perspective Of Contemporary Controversıal Issues

Abstract

Tarih boyunca Kur'an'ın anlaşılması ve mesajlarının topluma ve geniş kitleye ulaştırılması amacıyla çok sayıda tefsir kaleme alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda modern dönemde yazılmış olan tefsirlerin toplumsal yönünün ağır bastığı görülmektedir. Modern çağda ortaya çıkan yeni bilgiler, gelişmeler ihtiyaç ve talepler ışığında âyetlerin yeniden okunmasına ihtiyaç duyulmuştur. Bu dönemdeki teknolojik gelişmeler, ilmî keşifler, yaşanılan coğrafya, içinde bulunulan çağ, fikrî akımlar, sömürge hareketleri, oryantalizm ve daha pek çok unsur birçok meselenin çözümünde Kur'an'ı referans alan müteaddit çalışmaların ortaya çıkmasına zemin hazırlamıştır. Gerek yazılı ve görsel basında gerekse çeşitli akademik ve toplumsal platformlarda çağın getirdiği itikadî, fıkhî sorunlarla ilgili pek çok tartışma konusu Kur'an verileri ile bağlantılı olarak ele alınmıştır. Bu konularla ilgili modernist, Kur'ancı, tarihselci ve gelenekselci gibi çeşitli eğilimlere sahip ilim ve düşünce adamları tarafından farklı perspektifler ortaya konulmuştur. Tefsir alanının önemli hocalarından olup yakın zamanda hayatını kaybeden M. Zeki Duman'ın (öl.2013) "Beyânu'l-Hak" adlı tefsirini güncel tefsir problemleri açısından inceledik ve bu tefsirin çağdaş meselelerle ilgili nerede durduğunu, nasıl bir bakış açısına sahip olduğunu tespit etmeye çalıştık. Çalışmamız giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında araştırmanın konusu, amacı, önemi ve yöntemi; birinci bölümde müellifin hayatı, ilmî kişiliği, eserleri; ikinci bölümde ise "Beyânu'l-Hak" tefsiri çerçevesinde tespit edilen şefaat, kadın meselesi, nesih meselesi, mûcize kavramı, nüzûl-i Îsâ, sefer halinde namazların kısaltılması, kölelik ve cariyelik meselesi, kısas, recm, hırsızın elinin kesilmesi ve müellifin rivâyetlere yaklaşımı gibi güncel tefsir problemlerinin her biri ayrı ayrı başlıklarla ele alınmıştır. Çalışmamızda deskriptif ve analitik yönteme başvurulmuştur. Elde ettiğimiz bulgulara, teklif ve önerilere sonuç kısmında yer verilerek çalışma neticelendirilmiştir.

Throughout history, many tafsir books have been written in order to understand the Qur'ān and convey its messages to society and the wider audience. In this context, the social aspect of the commentaries written in the modern period predominates. There was a need to re-read the verses in light of new information, developments, needs and demands that emerged in the modern age. Technological developments, scientific discoveries, geography, the current era, intellectual movements, colonization, Orientalism, and many other factors during this period paved the way for the emergence of numerous works that use the Qur'ān as a reference in solving various problems. Many issues regarding faith and fiqh have been discussed in connection with Qur'ānic data, both in written and visual media, as well as in various academic and social platforms. Scholars and thinkers from various intellectual traditions, including modernist, Qur'anist, historicist, and traditionalist perspectives, have offered differing views on these issues. We examined the tafsir work "Beyânu'l-Hak" by Mehmet Zeki Duman (d.2013), one of Turkey's prominent tafsir scholars, who passed away recently. In doing so, we aimed to assess where this commentary stands on contemporary tafsir issues and what perspective it offers on these matters. Our study consists of an Introduction and two parts. In the introduction, the subject, purpose, significance, and methodology of the research are presented. The first part examines the author's life, scholarly persona, and works, while the second part addresses contemporary issues such as intercession, the role of women, abrogation, the concept of miracles, the descent of Jesus (Nüzûl-i Îsâ), the shortening of prayers during expeditions, slavery and concubinage, retaliation, stoning, and the cutting off of the thief's hand. The author's approach to these issues is analyzed within the framework of the tafsir "Beyânu'l-Hak". Each of the exegetical problems is discussed under separate headings in our study, where both descriptive and analytical methods were used. The study concludes with the inclusion of the findings, proposals, and suggestions obtained in the conclusion section.
